"I had Countywide Paving pave my driveway, and unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The craftsmanship was laughable. It was evident that little care or attention to detail was put into the job. Not only did this compromise the aesthetic appeal of my property, but it also raised concerns about the longevity and durability of the driveway. After two years, the sides of the driveway began to crumble and fall apart. Large cracks began to form near the middle and pieces of the driveway have since come off. I reached out to Brian for help, because he guaranteed that the driveway would be under warranty for 5 years. Brian initially responded and told me he would fix the driveway, no problem. He took down my information and said that he would get right back to me. Well that was over a year ago. My calls went unanswered, and text messages ignored. We paid them $76,000, they completed $60,000 worth of work per THEIR itemized invoice, did not properly secure the site leading to $5000 of water damage to my existing house that they did not repair, shoddy work and crooked doorways and windows that had to be redone by another contractor, did not pay the foundation guy in full, did not pay the lumber company leaving us with mechanic’s liens on our house that we had to prove we paid ACC and it was THEM not paying their bills… I could go on. They take no accountability for their actions and ignore all forms of communication. I hope they NEVER get the chance to screw over another family again."
