"I called Garfield after spending two months trying to get something out of the walls -- we didn't know what it was, but could hear it every night (very noisy!). A prior company suggested it was rodents (because nocturnal) and suggested, first, Ramik poison, and when that didn't work, mouse snap traps in the basement, cautioning that if it was a rat, it could take time before it would approach a trap. All in all, I spent two months with poisons and traps in vain. Finally I called Garfield in desperation and he tackled it head-on. With his expertise sealing up holes and placing both live and rat-size snap traps, we began right away catching what turned out to be a "community" of flying squirrels -- 15 all told. The sealing-up appears to have been thorough, as there hasn't been a repeat invasion (after several weeks). My dog is medium sized and he became very nervous and didn’t want to go out. I called several times and after they get your money they don’t care. The put the line in right after winter, but the ground was frozen in the back stil so they told me they would come back and dig when the ground was thawed. They never did. I had to call them and they acted like I was bothering. Then after I finally got my dog ok with going on with the collar he got out the yard a couple of times. I checked the collar and it wasn’t working. I reported this to them and they kept telling me make sure it’s charged. I finally recorded that it was fully charged and not working. He came out a week later and tried to tell me it was the collar and I showed him the video and he rocked the box and it was the box. Use another company please!"
