Luigi and team did an excellent job removing, prepping, and pouring the new concrete. Luigi and team were knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. He returned afterwards to touch up certain areas and to seal all expansion joints. Its hard to find a decent contractor these days, but was very impressed with Luigi and team. Would definitely recommend.

I called Luigi on the weekend and we made a appointment for him to come by Monday afternoon. Monday came and he realized he wouldn't get to my house at the scheduled time and he gave me a courtesy call a few hours before he was supposed to be here which was nice of him to do. We went over the things I wanted to get done and he took his time and explained the best ways to do things and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. After a couple of days of getting other estimates I chose to go with Luigi. He was very knowledgeable and seemed he would do the best work. He did the work the following Monday and completed all the work in one day. Luigi and his crew arrived at 7am as he said he would and was on site the whole day. He made sure all things were done to my liking and took his time to make sure all measurements were exact to how I wanted them to be. I had existing concrete along my house in some areas where I wanted to do the walkway, they broke up the old concrete and put all new concrete instead of just going over the old concrete. Also I couldn't disconnect the central air compressor to move it out of the way so he came up with a way to raise it so it would all the concrete would be even. The work came out beautiful and they cleaned up everything when they were done.These were all things that show his knowledge and how he cares about his reputation along with his customers. He also came back a few days later to fix the cracks in my front steps as he promised me he would. I would definitety use Luigi again on future concrete work I have done.

Luigi and his crew showed up at our home at 7:00am like promised and started demolition right away. Breaking the concrete and cleaning it up thoroughly along the way. They finshed in a timely manner and we are very pleased with the work they provided They were professional, courteous and efficient. We would definitely use him again and recommend his services to others.

Luigi was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout the entire process of this project. They cleaned up the job after they were done. Unfortunately, the walkway job did not materialized due to an overgrown city tree root that has overgrown on the surface of my walkway. Once this is resolved with the city and there is no obstruction in the pathway, he promised that he would return and take care of it. Overall, I’m satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him and his crew.

Luigi Cotumaccio arrived to provide an estimate of the work, equipped with photos of similar jobs he performed. He was punctual, courteous and he explained all aspects of the job. I had other contractors come out to give estimates but he was the only one to explain the details of the work involved. Including the fact that the door to the patio area would need to be adjusted afterwards. He addressed all of my questions and concerns. There were some challenges because of the constant rain but surprisingly to me, he finished the work in a timely manner. He and his crew always arrived early and worked expeditiously to get the work done. Clean up was excellent as well as the alteration of the door. We am more than pleased with the outcome. Love our new patio!

Left a message for Luigi on angies and he called me the next. A few hours later he was at my house to give me an estimate. We made the deal signed the contract and he started the next day at 7am.. It was a 3 day job and he and his crew showed up on time at 7am everyday.. It went Very smooth and easy which is hard to find in a contractor... A plus all around

Luigi arrived on time for the scheduled quote and fully explained the scope of work needed to be performed. The work was done professionally, fast and as discussed. Luigi kept me informed of the progress of the work (as I was not on-site when the work was performed) and responded quickly and pleasantly to my calls and questions. His work has been inspected by the City and passed without problems. I would highly recommend his services.

Luigi is a very personable individual, responsive and caring. I was impressed with him upon our initial estimate meeting, when he advised me that a design for the walks and driveway that I had seen in a magazine would not be workable for this climate and would not last, even though it would have been a more costly enterprise, thus more profitable for him. He also proved to be very patient and understanding with my insistence on having a particular color paver for the walks and patio and particular brick for the retaining wall. Indeed, when I was not pleased with the condition of some of the bricks for the retaining wall, Luigi took me to the masonry supply to choose the bricks myself. He always responded promptly and pleasantly to all my calls and questions. Luigi came daily to oversee the work done by his men who were punctual, professional and skilled. It was a pleasure to do business with Luigi. First, he waited for me when I was running late for our appointment. Later, on the day of the job, he came on time and got it done quickly. I got a good deal at a fair price. I would definitely use him again.

He designed a stoop using white granite and limestone for the front door. It was very attractive and done in one day. I would recommend him very highly.

Our garage floor was severely cracked, and more importantly, so was the drain pipe that went down the center of the garage, causing flooding where it exited. Two sections of walkway had cracked and "come up" from the bad weather this past winter making it impossible to fully open the small door leading to the garage from the backyard. Lastly, also due to last winter's weather, the step at our front entrance had split apart from the bricks, and there were additional cracks in the concrete by our window well in the front yard. Luigi came by to give us his estimate, describing how we could repair the front without harming the bricks setting up the door jam. We also discussed the rerouting of the drain pipe in the back to the side of the garage when the floor was redone. He came back with the contract and a 1/3 deposit was required to confirm the job. He and his team showed up on time both days it took to complete the work; they helped bring all the heavy items into the back yard and dismantled a shelving unit in our garage in order to do the job properly. Because the cement delivery was running too late, Luigi rescheduled it for a second day. Unfortunately, the pipe could not be rerouted as the pitch would have sent water into our neighbor's garage, but at least it was replaced and the new garage floor is smooth and easy to take care of. Luigi was quick to redo part of the front step when I expressed concerns that the cracks underneath needed repair. He called to make sure there were no problems afterward, and even came back with his team to help put back the shelving unit and heavier items into the garage. Luigi supervised the work, and definitely followed up. Nice job!

This was the second time we used Luigi's services. He had redone our entire driveway and back patio last year and provided excellent service at a good price. After the harsh winter I needed the stucco around the foundation to be removed and reapplied. Luigi responded promptly and provided a very price and timetable to do the job. His crew was prompt and worked clean. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

We are very pleased with Luigi Cotumaccio's work. He and his men were punctual and completed precise work. The job was done quickly and well. And they cleaned up very nicely after themselves. We will definitely be using them again.

Could not have asked for more. Luigi initially said it would be about 2 weeks to start the job, and would take one day. He had an opening a day or two later and fit us in early. He said he was concerned how bad the steps were and did not want someone to injure themselves. He arrived with 3 workers. Luigi was on site for the whole job. The had the old steps demoed before we arrived. The whole job was completed that afternoon, and all debris was removed, and the property was swept clean. Although he does not usually do this, he coordinated the installation of a new rail for us with another company he recommended. It saved me the trouble of making multiple trips to my in-law's home and speed up the process since they could not use the stairs without a rail. The rails were installed 2 days after the cement and brick word was complete allowing time for the cement to set properly. In all, I could not have asked for a better job. I would use Luigi again for any cement or stone work in the future.

Evaluation and estimate visit was straight forward and I was impressed with him, his suggestions and price of job. He gave an estimated date of work to be done and was very accurate. He contacted me the day before the job and offered assistance with something I needed to attend to prior to job. Contractor and crew arrived at 7 am the next morning and efficiently began work. I was pleased to see that Luigi assisted his crew at the start of the job and reviewed with me the work that was going to be done. I really like that Luigi has a crew that he has been working with for many years and works with them on every job. This showed in how they went about the job with efficiency and accuracy. Of course there was some noise at times but they kept it to a minimum. They also didn't mind at all that I came to observe now and then. Certain issues that I was concerned about was attended to perfectly during the job. Luigi had told me the approximate time of completion and he was spot on with that time, clean up and all. After the job was finished there was no sign of any of the debris that had been generated by the work. All areas hosed down with no trace. Luigi and his crew has this kind of work down to a science and their efficiency and professionalism is admirable! Luigi is also a very friendly and pleasant person to deal with and gives his customers confidence in his work and crew. I highly recommend LUIGI COTUMACCIO MASONRY CONTR, for any masonry job. I certainly would contract him again.

.They came at 7:00 AM,, removed old sidewalk that was about 10 yards long, put in gravel and then cement. They did a great job in finishing the cement. They worked for ten hours without stopping. I was very pleased with the result.

Luigi and his team did a great job with demolishing and replacing our brick porch and steps. The job took 4 days to comeplete and he did great work. Very professional and punctual. He even called me a week later to make sure I was satifsied. Great Job!

It went very well. Very nice guys, which means alot to me. Very descent folks.

It was supposed to be finished in 10 days, we started the work on December the 7th. Every time we call them they give us the run around. They make up excuses to not do work. They assumed that I was on vacation and wouldn't do the work, I don't need to be home the job is out side. He stated today that he will be here Saturday morning and will work all days until it is finished. Update: Grading's are subject to final completion of the job.

The service turned out really good. He explained everything to me and he was here all the time. He did a beautiful job. I have no issues with the job he did. He was superb.

i'll start with the masonry, which was the better part of the project. they were punctual and started right away. This was a big project as our old driveway was in bad shape. We have a decently long driveway and Luigi by far was the best price. They showed up on time and started right away, which was great. The guys were really nice and even did a job for another neighbor of ours. They did such great work on the driveway (sloaping it and digging up a drywall to help with flooding into our garage) that we added to the project, the other side of our house. our only issue is that when they re-poured that side, it didn't match up with our existing walkway. they built a ramp after we asked, but that has since cracked and looks messy (we never reached back out about that). as for the fencing, we weren't as happy with the total job. While they got the job done and did a pretty good job, there were some snags. (1) they took down our old fence at the start of the job. the pvc fencing ended up being on back order (not luigi's fault) but we were without a fence for over 1 MONTH. this was a problem since we had a puppy and a newborn at home. eventually they put up a temporary fence, but it was definitely an inconvenience for quite a few weeks. (2) while we were waiting on the project to finish, they left our backyard a mess, they cleaned it up eventually, but because of the fence delays, it was like that for a few weeks. (3) the gate that cost a lot was scratched and while they tried to just fix it, it still looks bad. this is my biggest pet peeve since we spent so much on the fencing and asked for them to fix it (and it was definitely from them and should have replaced it). (4) our gate is a little slanted down where they meet, so its another thing that i look at when i pull into the driveway. overall, i highly recommend him for masonry, great value and great work. i would second think using him for fencing, although a neighbor recently got fencing done and the workers seemed to have a harder time than luigi's team (so maybe i'm being sensative)

Luigi was good. The price was reasonable. They were always on time, responsive and the work was completed when he said it was going to be completed.

This guy is amazing. He showed up exactly on time to come look at the property, gave me a reasonable estimate, and said he'd be back in a week (weather permitting) to do the job. He actually came a few days EARLY to start, because rain was forecast for the days he had said he'd be back. He finished up immediately when the weather allowed (a day after the rain stopped). Never had a construction-related job done so fast or so well.
