Description of Work: I made an appointment on a Friday for an estimate to repair my front stoop between 12 noon and 3pm, he never showed up and didn't even have the common decency to call me and tell me that he couldn't make it. I'm very disappointed especially that he seem like a nice guy to talk to . I lost a half of day of work for this appointment and he let me down.

+ 0 moreJob went well and the price was fair and exactly what he said it would be, no hidden surprises. Luigi was there from start to finish and his workers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I mentioned to him how well he treated us and he said "I treat all my customers like family."
Description of Work: I had met with three different companies but when I spoke with Luigi he didn't try and shove things down my throat that I didn't need. My driveway was expanded with pavers and the side of the house with concrete. He even added pavers to my deck which was a nice surprise.

Was very fair with his pricing, showed up on time, and completed work in same day. I am going to be using him again in the future for my front stoop and would recommend him to anyone looking for masonry work to be done.

+ 0 moreLuigi looked at the house an David that there is oohing wrong with the house. He said that he could do some unnecessary stuff and charge me, but it would be theft. Here is a contractor wo could have charged me a lot of money for nothing, but wo was honest enough to refuse to take advantage.
Description of Work: I am selling my house. Purchaser had a stucco inspection which claimed that the house requires $20,000 in work. I asked Luigi to look at the house and give me an estimate for repairs.

Description of Work: He reset the porch's pavers on cement properly pitched for drainage. Replaced stained pavers on a portion of the driveway. Put silicone around the perimeter of the house. Installed A/C and sealed the wall around it.
