It went really. He went above and beyond.

The team showed up on time and explained everything they were doing and asked for any input we might have. They were professional and polite. They went out of their way to make sure the job was done correctly, including one team member on his hands and knees cleaning a large stain in the spare bedroom. After they finished they took me through each room for inspection and cleaned out their equipment within minutes after my approval. I would definitely call them again. In fact we are planning to have them back in the fall.

I have dogs, so the carpets are not as bright as they should be. The process took 2 hours, but the carpets are almost as good as new.

Our experience with The Carpet Cleaning Guy was terrific. The crew showed up right on time and put out drop cloths to protect our house as they worked. We had a lot of carpet and tile/grout which was dirty and dull in trafficked areas and at entrances and the dog's door and eating area. They worked hard and when The Carpet Cleaning Guy crew was done it all came out like new. The kitchen and laundry/mud room is a varied texture and color tile that needed deep cleaning and has 1/2" wide white grout. We were surprised how much dirt the cleaning solutions and scrubbing machines brought out. Then the steam machine sucked up all the dirty water and cleaned the tile to its beautiful new condition and the grout back to super white. They also worked h****** the carpets and got all the dirt, oil and even rust out and it looks great.

He worked quietly, efficiently, and got the carpets spotless.

I postponed 2 times due to snow storms and Kenny fit me in to his busy schedule.Very pleased!

they explained process, reassured me that rugs would be thoroughly cleaned and rinsed of soap because of truck pressure of water (as opposed to in house hook up to taps). Rugs came out beautiful.

They did a very good job. This was my first time using their service and we were very pleased. At first they gave us a price that was higher then we wanted to pay. I asked if they could clean just sections of the couch and they were fine with it. When I called to schedule the appointment they were able to perform the service the next day. They completed the upholstery cleaning in an hour.

Everything turned out fine. I liked that they vacuumed before they cleaned the carpets. I had to call him back because there was a line in the carpet. They were responsive and came back out and fixed the line with no additional cost. Scheduling with them went perfectly. They wore booties in my home and were very professional.

They lived up to their reputation. The reviews here were 100% accurate and we are very satisfied with the results. From my initial call to setup the appointment they were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. We initially contacted Ken was to do a cleaning of the carpet in the basement of our new home prior to move-in. Ken & Max showed up on time and did a great job. We were so impressed that we had them come back a few days later to stream clean all the title in the house. There is nothing like stream cleaning the previous owners dirt out before you move-in. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Ken was excellent! He came the first morning I called him, I was at work and Ken coordinated a time to meet my mom at my house. He went above and beyond to resolve my flood damage. He called and came to my house several times to check on the progress and rotate the fans. I highly recommend him and will recommend him to my design clients as well!!

I bought my daughter a 2005 Jeep Liberty. They must have sprayed something to cover the odor in the jeep during the test drive. I didn't smell a thing. Several days later it had a really bad smell. After going to car washes, detailing places, and auto stores, I just wasn't sure if the services, or products they were trying to sell me would have worked. I joined Angie's List and found THE CARPET CLEANING GUYS! Thank GOD!!!! I called and told them my problem. Kenny explained that they steam clean with a water temperature of 225 degrees!! I cant say enough for the professionalism of this company! I called to make an appointment which was within a few days. The men showed up on time and worked on the jeep for over an hour and a half!!!!! When they were finished I could not believe the difference. I have had the car airing out for several days to make sure everything was dried. I highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN CARPET CLEANING GUYS... you are the best

It was quick, they did a good job and the couch was clean.

The service was excellent from the first phone call thru execution.

They arrived when scheduled, I had to leave for an unexpected event, they cleaned as directed, I returned as they were finishing, and I had no problems. Very trustworthy. Very good job. And they were nice to my pets.

They did a great a job. They were very punctual. I can't recall how much I spent on the cleaning.

It took a couple of days for them to get back to me but when I did speak to them, they scheduled the work for the next day. They called to say they would prefer to come earlier than our scheduled time and would call me from when they were on the road. They didn't call me but showed up at the anticipated time. They were polite and introduced themselves and gave me a business card. They took a look at the rooms and discussed the particular stains and whether they thought they could totally eliminate them or not. Then they went out to their truck to get their equipment and proceeded to get to work. They sprayed a pretreatment on stained spots and then used their machine on the entire area. It took about 30 minutes in total to complete the job and they appeared to do a good job. I expressed my concern though that they finished so quickly but they gave me the" its quality not quantity" line and assured me they would come back if their were any issues. They did do a good job, though they were unable to totally clean the edge by my door. I think their machine doesn't do edges as well as the rest of the floor. One of the main reasons I used them was because the rug and padding do not get saturated with water with their process. Everything was dry in about an hour. The cost was very reasonable and I was satisfied with the job. I would use them again.

He did a great job! He cleans and deodorizes the furniture. He was able to remove the smell and stains from cat urine. His equipment attaches to the truck so that it does not interfere with your electricity as well. I was absolutely amazed at the degree of how he was able to clean, deodorize, and get the sofa dry in under three hours. He is a professional.
