I was able to schedule cleaning the same week I called. They did the job in the expected amount of time. They were able to remove a number of unsightly spots on the rug. They did a very good cleaning job and the carpet dried in a reasonable time period for a maritime climate.

Ken, the owner, was honest, punctual, professional, and very reasonable in price. Our carpets look great. He removed most of the stains. We highly recommend Ken's services.

It went fine. I was given a window of 10-12 am and Max showed up at 10:08. I felt so comfortable with this gentleman that I took my dog out for a walk to get out of his way. The whole cleaning took approximately 1 1/2 hours.

Perfect! The 2 gentlemen that did the work were on time, professional, thorough, explained what they were doing every step of the way, and offered up some valuable "keep clean" tips for me. I will definitely be using them again for my tile floors.

I was given a timeframe between 1 and 3pm. Max was there at 12:55pm! He looked at the rooms and stains and verified the price with my Angie discount ($175 – 10%). He recommended scotch guarding the living room and dining room since most of my stains are from company dropping food and beverages. The additional cost was $30 per room. I agreed. He went to work immediately and completed the job before 3pm. Max was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again.

When I called Ken explained the process and pricing and I was able to get an appointment within the week. His team showed up on time, laid drop clothes on my living room floor, and proceeded to clean after explaining the chemicals to be used and identifying any specific stains. They were very professional and polite. I was happy with the results. The furniture was dry within a few hours and there was no lingering smell. I would use them again and recommend them to others

It went great. Matt arrived promptly at the appointment time. He was friendly and professional. He explained everything and then began working. I would definitely use this company again. I had two stains in the carpet that came out. It looks great and smelled nice too. I have absolutely no complaints.

My first experience was excellent. One guy. He took his time, did a very good job, was neat and pointed out slight stains on the furniture that could not be removed (sofas were older and had been in storage for months). Second experience was completely different. Two guys. In a rush. They missed stains, were rough with the cleaning, left water on the wood floor and clearly were in a rush to get somewhere else. The rugs and furniture they were asked to clean were all less than 2 years old.

Fast, thorough, professional, arrived within the time frame specified. I've used The Carpet Cleaning Guy before and will again.

The job went really well. The carpet looked new after they were done. I was surprised at what stains came out. I never thought it would look as good as it does.

Excellent and definitely would hire again

I contacted the company via their website and within 30 minutes received a call, which was surprising given that it was at 8:00 am on a Saturday morning! I scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday between 9 and 11. I received a call about 20 minutes before they came and they were in an out in less than an hour. They cleaned the offending carpet in my daughter's room, the carpet in my bedroom and a high traffic hallway and put down scotchgard on all of these areas. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job. I waited a week before posting this review because I wanted to see if those mysterious spots reappeared. I am happy to say that they have not reappeared and my carpet still looks wonderful and smells even better. I will definitely use this company again.

Not well. Carpet guy came with two helpers whose behavior was questionable, He did not do any of the cleaning himself. Carpets remained very wet for a long period of time. Overpriced for quality of service performed.

Max, the technician, showed up on time. He was personable and professional and did exactly what was promised. He gave a full explanation of the procedure and did a thorough job. He also gave some hints on how top keep the carpet in good shape and how best to spot clean. The price was more than fair, and the service was excellent.
