Erik Johnson (EBJ Associates) is a professional and courteous real estate appraiser. He arrived at my home at the appointed time, discussed what he would do as well as what he could not do. He explained the process clearly and then went about his work. He did a walk through of the house interior and exterior and took photos. We discussed my goals and intentions and his input was very helpful in making my decisions. He submitted the report in the time promised, including an optional addendum that we negotiated. I would definitely recommend him and if the need arises, i will use him again.
