Advanced Chimney was the first to contact me after I completed my HomeAdvisor request. They charged a flat rate of $50 per flue and advised me of the cost up front. They are lincensed and insured. We set up an appointment for Saturday. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and adivsed me that they would be on site between 8 AM and 12 PM. They arrived early in the morning and completed the inspection and cleaning within 90 minutes. I felt that they were professional and effecient. Other companies that I contacted had a price range for the cost depending on the level of cleaning involved. I liked that I knew the cost beforehand.
