The install of my prefabricated fire place and my wood burning stove is not operable. They have overcharged me for services that were never performed. They keep telling me they are coming to compete the service but they don't have a set date. Everyone that i speak to there keeps telling me they are on it, but can never give me a definitive date. I have no idea when this is going to happen and we are 8 months into the project and it still not completed, even though i was overcharged. Don't do business with this company, find someone.

The main problem was that it took months to finish the venting, stabilization and pointing of two old chimneys. The first crew was in over their heads but the second crew was more experienced with old chimneys from 1873. If you live in N.J. I suggest you avoid them because they must travel from Long Island to get to you. I think if you get the right crew, then you will be pleased with workmanship.

In 2016 they did a great job. In 2018, failed to show up twice. The office support is a disaster. Stay away.

Advanced Chimney Inc did an excellent job, the old chimney works like new. Paulie, the man who came, took pride in his work and built a lovely fire to show me how well the chimney worked.

They're very professional, knowledgeable and they do great work. They were able to repoint my chimney and install my wood stove.

Paulie arrived on time, was very efficient with his time and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. He always kept me updated on what he was doing. He also cleaned up my roof ( gutters etc) and helped by sealing my skylight with insulation.

Responsive and quality clean of our fireplace. Highly recommend!

Hired Advanced Chimney not only for cleaning but for stack rebuilds as well. Project is currently ongoing but so far so good. Will follow up with more of a detailed review once the job is done.

Technicians were very prompt, knowledgeable and performed inspection very quickly and efficiently.

From the Customer Service to the Repairman, everyone was very polite and knowledgeable. I would hire them again if the occasion arose.
