Paulie Nueman did the estimate and the work and did everything spelled out on the estimate + . It took a couple of weeks to get there as work is weather sensitive so a couple of times our appointment was washed out but they stayed in touch and I imagine if it was emergency work would have been go to us quicker.

Jeffrey Clynes arrived promptly after my home advisor inquiry. He was very professional, considerate and thorough. I thought I had a leaky chimney given that I had 2 other professionals diagnose the problem, however they never climbed up on the roof. Jeffrey climbed onto the roof and took pictures of the problem that there were cracks on the seams of the tar joints with the chimney. He inspected the chimneys and determined that they were in good clean condition. He promotely sealed all of the cracks and the job was done within 1.5 hrs. His enthusiasm and energy was palalible. I would definitely call this company again. This company saved me a lot of money by correctly diagnosing the problem.

The came inspected chimney showed me the inner lining needed repairing; completed work installed stainless steel liner and new cap. Cleaned up nicely and price was fair.

Just had a new chimney liner installed, outside chimney was also repaired and recoated with drylok. Work was professionally done even though they ran into a few problems. Price was a little cheaper than a few other estimates. I am happy for hiring this company.

I was having a downdraft problem with my fireplace and they sent a tech to see what they would recommend. The guy analyzed the problem and told me I needed a vent cap designed to eliminate downdrafts. He was so confident that I agreed to what he suggested and had them install a VacuStak for $375. They came the next morning and the problem stopped instantly. No high pressure sales - just good advice, good service and a fair price.

Pro came for inspection/estimate and only found that there was no damage to chimney. Only needed a new cover, which was installed on the spot.
