Had them clean our chimney that hadn’t been used in 5 years since moving in. Price was definitely reasonable and they did not try to add unnecessary jobs or charges. Polite and prompt service. Will use again for future chimney needs.

This is not a local company to Dutchess county. The company is located in Long Island. Service appointments are only scheduled and rescheduled when they will be servicing your area. Customer Service communication is very poor. Parts needed to be ordered to replace chimney cap. Took 2 weeks for parts to arrive and never received a phone call to schedule installation. I had to call them to find they had received the parts. After being promised the work would be completed way before Christmas, it was not done until mid January. After work was completed, received phone call from Customer Service to schedule the job. I would not recommend this company.

Hired to do a chimney cleaning, but used scare tactics to upsell us to line our furnace and hot water heater flues prevent carbon monoxide. Unbeknownst to us, the work ended up being done completely against code and CARBON MONOXIDE leaking into our basement for 6 months. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not once has the owner reached out to us to apologize or try to remedy the situation. Let me repeat - we had carbon monoxide leaking into our basement for 6 months because of shoddy work they performed. Twice now they have promised to reimburse us and then later told us they changed their minds. Also had a new damper installed, the chain broke after 2nd time using and they called to reschedule FIVE times (all with very short notice) before they actually sent someone to fix it. Avoid this company at all costs.

Hired them for a cleaning and inspection. They found some additional issues which they repaired on the spot. It was more expensive than others that I’ve used in the past but they did good work.

Once they were paid it?s as if I didn?t exist... even though their faulty workmanship caused smoke In my house not once but twice... scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance and cancelled it a day before... why inconvenience themselves.... they were paid.

They were very courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Looked like the liner was deteriorating and they were able to let me know that right away, and fix it with no problem.

I had my chimney and word burning stove done and they ran in and out of my house. Done in a half hour for $ 230 dollars and dint even vacuum out my wood burning stove inside. When they took the bottom cover off my wood burning stove they just let all of the crud fall on the floor. Terrible job for the money.

my first appointment didnt work out because previous job ran over time. I was the last job the next day and happy to get it done before the holidays, I understand everyone wanted done in time for holiday so I will cut them some slack. They were very neat and quick. I would use them again.
