I had my Chimney cleaned/pointed and had some bricks replaced. Good customer service and follow up, although the mason spilled mortar on my roof. They did return after I complained to fix the problem.

Friendly workers, not pushy in suggesting other repairs and thorough in checking the quality of their work. They were an hour late after their 3-hour arrival window.

Billy and his Associate were excellent. Billy explained everything and also did not advise/nor charge me for an service I didn't need. They even removed an old useless antenna from the roof! Well worth the time and money spent. I would definitely recommend Advanced Chimney, Inc. And use them again in the future.

Project moved along rather quickly. Paperwork required forrather stringent COOP Board approval was processed expeditiously. Estimate was provided on Monday, job was completed Thursday afternoon. Workers did an excellent job. Would definitely reach out to them if I need any additional work

Rescheduled my appointment 3 times. Very disorganized. Do not recommend.

This is a good, solid company. The only hiccup I had was that the team could not arrive at the assigned time; they came three hours later. Fortunately, the home office kept me fully informed of the delays. When the team arrived, they were efficient and professional. I highly recommend them.

The fabricator, a sub contractor of Advanced Chimney, made a mistake and the chase cover did not fit. Ron handled it well. He had the cover remade and installed the next day.

Two employees were nice guys but ill prepared to do a great job. Soot filled the living room. Did not use drop cloths or in my estimation use the right kind of vacuum. Woman hung up on my wife when she complained. On second call she offered to send a cleaning service which we declined but she agreed to refund half our payment of $100.00. It has been 9 days and we are still waiting for our $50.
