They are on time, fast and clean

I appreciated how the service technician waked me through everything. Showed me what to look for and how to prevent future problems. Any company that spends time to educate a perspective client is always recommended. Only complaint was how behind schedule they were when they showed up at my place. Not a huge issue for me because I understand The trouble of scheduling work and how somejobs take way longer then expected. The company called to let me know the delay which was appreciated.

They were honest about pricing and services provided not like some of the other contractors who try to make more money

The workmen took the time to show and explain what would go into installing a new chimney liner. When they gave me their price quote I hired them on the spot.

Service was good and fast and friendly but was charged $50 extra for a bit of glue for sealing.
