I have 3 chimneys. The service man checked them out and recommended only cleaning and vacuuming one of them. That honesty saved me a lot of money. Not sure that other company would have been so honest. They arrived on time and did a great job.

company will not return you call or email. they don't keep their appointment. they have yet to repair what they damaged to my fireplace despite of repeated call.

While the chimneys aren't done yet due to the weather I am giving them an excellent rating. So far the work is good and the company is excellent to deal with.

Paulie inspected my fireplace. He was so honest and professional. clean and responsible.

Billy inspected my fireplace and was super honest that it was so clean, he didn't need to clean it.. BUT he found that one of the exhausts was blocked. Upon checking the main exhaust pipe, he found it had completely collapsed! No exhaust was exiting our house which was scary being a new homeowner with a baby. He quickly repaired for us (on a saturday too!) and guaranteed his work for life. I will definitely be calling Billy and Advanced Chimney in the future for ALL chimney issues. Thanks for everything!!

NO PRESSURE. The work was done right away - credit cards accepted. They even cleaned up! I am very pleased and would recommend Advanced Chimney.

Technicians came on time, showed me the issue an installed chimney liner. There was a glitch at the beginning when they accidentally hit water feed for boiler but they made up for it by installing two chimney caps. Excellent job.

He found our problem right away and since it was a simple fix he was very reasonable with us when charging us for the service call. I would hire them again.

Never fixed the leak. The last visit I got an upsell of other things I needed after I was told I wasn't charged enough originally
