Original promised time was between 8am and 10am. The day of service it became 9am to noon. Of course the arrival time was almost noon. This caused me to miss other appointments I had scheduled for the day I took off. The staff that came were professional and informative, but spent a lot of time on the phone with the office which overbooked them and were pressuring them to get done faster. I had spoke with the company and told them I had an insert in my fireplace that had a damper issue. The office said they would look at that. They were not prepared for this. While they did sweep both of my flues, the fireplace flue is still producing creosote. Easily about three quarts has come out so far. They were unable to remove the flue insert from the top of the insert because they did not have the proper compound to reattach it. They were kind enough to note all of the issues with both of my flues and leave an estimate for over $3000 of repairs. Like the employees, but no love for the company. My first experience with Home Advisor is a fail.

Paulie from Advanced Chimney was in charge of the restoration to our fireplace and chimney and went out of his way to protect all areas where work was done as well as entry ways into the house. Also, his recommendations on how to proceed with solving problems is invaluable. It was great working with these people. Very happy with finished results

Good experience so far....However there is a second job that has to be performed that I am waiting to be completed. When that get's done...I will update my review.

Came on time. Gave a fair price upfront so i knew what i was paying for. Cleaned the work area when done. Great communication on the phone as well.

Paulie and his partner did good work in a timely manner, i was quite satisfied.

They were prompt, responsible and reliable. Performed an excellent job. Pauline Paul Neuman was friendly and did a thorough job with our chimney. We cannot ask for more. I would highly recommend Paul and his team- Milton, Anthony,etc.
