I am a realtor. Several of my clients have used the services of Attic to Basement Solutions. Jamie Coonan's services are reasonable, and he is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him

I thought they charged a lot. They did what they promised to do, but I thought it was overpriced.

I was impressed as he did not press for unneeded repairs. I had just had another inspection where I was told me that I needed a $17,000 fix and that their were health problems that would evolve if I did not get it fixed. Mr. Coonan assured me that there were no health problems to worry about and he could complete the problem for under $600.00, and that there was no rush for me to get it done.

Jaime arrived on time for the appointment for an estimate. He is very cordial and professional. I have worked with he and his son before and it is always a pleasure. His crew arrived on time to do the work. They were efficient, polite and very thorough. They made sure that I was satisfied before they left. Their work was very effective - I now have a completely dry basement.

Jamie came to our house, which is an hour's drive, and looked over our problem, did a mold test and sent us the results in an email, one day later. The next day we received an estimate in another email. He is very professional and knows what he is doing.

He was prompt and full of advice. I truly appreciated his cantor and knowledge. Not only did Jamie take samples but he also suggested things that could be causing the mold.

As far as we can tell they did a superb job of finding the leaks and providing corrections. They were on time and quite cost competitive.

Overall, it went great. My tenant had a complaint about the mold in the basement. I called Jamie and he was able to go over to my property that very day to get a sample. He took a sample to have it tested for toxic mold (it took about 3 days to get results). While he was there, he gave me an estimate to clean it up and also correct the exterior to avoid water running into the basement. I scheduled his team (son and crew) to come clean it up. They were on time, thorough and they gave me advice to keep the mold out in the future. This is a great business and it was a pleasure working with them.

Got Jamie's name off the list. Saw that they got high marks. I definitely made the right choice. Jamie came out right at the time arranged. Explained what he thought should be done. Gave me a reasonable quote with no hard sell so I hired his company. The guys showed up exactly at the time they said. Worked hard and professionally and got the job done in short order. Everything looks great.

Jamie Coonan is the owner of this company. He would have been my second choice if I hadn’t gone with Healthy Spaces then I would have used them. The only reason I didn’t use them was because Healthy Spaces offered me better price. I liked Jamie a lot as he was one of the first one that I saw.

They did a great job. They charged me a very reasonable price. They were very quick and thorough. I would highly recommend them. They were excellent. The work they did could not have been better. I rate them high overall.

Jamie was very prompt with coming out to the house and giving me an estimate. He explained what would be done in detail and gave me a very reasonable estimate. We scheduled the dates for the job and his crew was punctual and very efficient. They executed the tasks that were outlined in the estimate and stuck to the price. They kept the house very clean and cleaned up each day! I would recommend them to others!

We called Basement Solutions when we noticed visible mold in our family room (it was probably a result of a roof leak). Jamie came promptly, which we really appreciated. He took the sample for testing, and when the lab had trouble getting us the results, he followed up to be sure we knew what we were dealing with. It was not toxic and not extensive, so I'm comfortable dealing with it myself, but if that doesn't prove effective, I wouldn't hesitate to call Jamie again - he was great to work with.

From start to finish the members of Jamie's crew were fantastic! It was a big job with lots of heavy items to move around and they did an excellent job. We could not be happier =). Our basement looks like new and we feel like we have recovered a significant area of usable space! Thank you!!!

We used the opportunity to do some long needed clean out of basement clutter. This facilitated a quick start for the real work which began promptly at 7:00 AM on the first day. It was finished by early afternoon of the second day. Overall. I was very satisfied and glad to have found them on your list.

He was fantastic to work with--and I'm posting this review as I'm pulling his business card out of my file to call him for some more work in our house. He was prompt, professional, very nice, very reasonable pricing, worked efficiently (didn't drag anything out but also didn't feel like he was slap-dash), and after living with his work for almost five years, he did a great job. Highly recommended!

This was as painless as a procedure like this can be. Jamie was prompt to the appointment for an estimate, despite having to drive diagonally across the county to make it. He thoroughly described what needed to be done, including things that were outside the scope of his business. He was very focused on solving the mold problem, which can be very complex, rather than just on getting the job. He was personable, compassionate and professional. The work crew arrived exactly at the time promissed. They carefully reviewed what they would be doing, got directions from me as to what could be thrown out and set to work. The first day they worked for nine straght hours. The job involved dismantaling all of the non-concrete structures in the basement and carrying the debris up the basement stairs to a dumpster in the driveway. It was brutally hot and humid on the days that they were here. They worked without stop. They were very conscientious and as neat as possible, given the task. So far, I haven't found any nails in the driveway, as you might expect in this kind of project. Each day they treated the mold so it was completely gone by day three. They finished the job by painting the walls and floor. Near the conclusion, Pat walked me through the basement and described the electrical and plumbing work that needed to be done to conclude the project. That work is beyond the scope of Basement Solutions. He asked if there was anything else that needed to be done and provided assistance in cleaning out my garage. The bill was exactly as estimated.
