Description of Work: Chris sold me a brand new ductless air conditioner, installed it and replaced the return duct on my central air conditioning unit. Reliable, responsible, professional. Price was reasonable, and he cleaned up completely.

Description of Work: Had water damage to upstairs bedroom cieling...thought it was AC. Chris said system was an older one, but seemed fine.....checked that pan held water...said the fact that AC went on in winter and water froze caused drip pan to overflow, and that if that didn't happen again there should be no problem. Pleasant, accomodated my time frame, got back to me promplty.
