They have been reasonable and reliable. I would highly recommend them.

I never liked the prices, but it certainly a fair price for this market. They are very good. It took them half an hour, maybe 45 minutes some place, short time, there were two people. They left the area spotless.

The hose had a leak in and I called the manufacturer to get a replacement hose. Changing the hose might have been a simple fix except that the hardware was in a small opening in the back of the sink cabinet -- very hard to get to. It took some ingenuity to get to it. Chris was helpful on this and another occasion in the past. He got to the house on time -- always a plus.

Unsatisfied with his ability to solve a problem. He advised me to buy another part for my UV lights and he still wasn't able to install it. The furnace made noises when he left. This happened two years in a row. The new plumber that I used after him never had any issues cleaning furnace. Obviously didn't know what he was doing.

We got home from work on Monday night and found that the upstairs gas furnace had not turned on all evening, so it was 65 degrees and dropping. We could have just bundled up and called someone in the morning, but our 2 year-old is not good at staying under his blanket. So we called Chris's emergency line and left a message. He called back within 5 minutes and he was very clear about all of our options. He could come that night, but then the diagnostic fee of $100 would be increased to $300 for emergency. He even admitted that in many cases, he wouldn't have the proper part to fix it in his van and would need to wait until morning for the stores to open and would need to return then to complete the repair. No pressure and no sales tactics, just straight talk. I agreed to have him come out, mainly because if there was a chance he could fix it then I wouldn't have to stay home from work the next day. He and his wife Tina were at our house within an hour. It took about 15 minutes for them to diagnose that one of the hoses had crud built up in it, so he cleaned that out and tested the fix, spending a total of about 30 minutes in the house. He charged $50 for labor, I gave him a check, and they were off. Overall a very pleasant experience, and I'd be happy to have them come back for all my furnace and A/C needs in the future.

At first Chris was great and very responsive and completed the work as promised. The issue I have is after the work was done and I had a minor issue that turned out not to be his fault, however he failed to respond to my service calls so I had to hire another plumbing company to help me. He had given me an estimate for additional work to install a mini split air-conditioning system, but when I called him to revise the estimate and maybe have him do the work he never got back to me. I emailed him and left voicemail messages, but he never responded. I am not sure why he did not get back to me. I would have given him more work that I needed to have done.

While Chris showed up when he said he would and was friendly - it took many days for him to call us back the 2nd time the unit failed to work (after he had serviced it)...and did not call back at all the 3rd time. Since we did not press him to come back we never received a returned call. He got 2 calls out of us for $200 each time then he did not call back when we phoned saying the unit had stopped working again. Makes Chris seem not trustworthy. We went w/ a different company who diagnosed/fixed the issue right away - can't help but feel like we ended up wasting a lot of money. Would not really recommend his services.

Well, they ultimately replaced a few old parts on our hot water heater. These parts may, in fact, have been damaged and required replacement but they had nothing to do with the problem I called about. They couldn't really seem to identity the cause of our problem so they fixed what they knew-not what was broken. Nice guys, arrived on time, polite and seemingly professional. They just didn't solve the problem and charged me for fixing a problem I didn't really have.

After leaving 3 messages over the course of a week, I received a return call. We set up a Friday afternoon appointment to provide an estimate on replacing a ductless AC unit and a furnace. When the time came, no one showed up. I waited an hour and then left messages on both of the companies voicemails (cell and office) asking if they were running late and planning on keeping the appointment. I didn't get a response to either of those calls on that day or on the following Monday. Based on this complete lack of professionalism and courtesy, I would not consider using this company to do any work. There are plenty of companies that have more professional business practices and practice common courtesy in communicating with potential clients.

Very good. Very time efficient, very polite, very clear when he could get those things done and he met those guidelines. He gave us multiple options so instead of just saying there is one way to solve all problems, he gave us different options with different price structures around them.

This was one of the best customer experiences I've had using local repair companies. Our upstairs A/C wasn't effectively cooling the air during the hot weather last week, so I had Chris come out and take a look. I called yesterday afternoon with only a 4-hour window of availability today, and they were able to squeeze me in. Of the 3 heating and A/C numbers I called, only CJ responded immediately and accommodated my time constraints. Within minutes of looking at the unit, Chris confirmed my suspicion that the air ducts in the return for the furnace had been improperly reconnected by someone else who had done work on the unit last year. He also noticed some other air leaks around the furnace unit and said he would tape those up. He had all the parts in the van and quickly got to work. Within about 45 minutes, he was done. He also checked the refrigerant on both our A/C units and confirmed that they did not need any refilling. Both Chris and his girlfriend (who answered the phones, arranged the appointments, and helped during the repair) were extremely friendly, and they went above and beyond what I expected for a great price. I'd gladly refer them to anyone who needs heating, A/C, or plumbing work.

At a stressful time like when your furnace dies in February, it means an extra lot to have a service provider with such a sunny disposition as Chris has! He responded quickly, answered our questions patiently and thoughtfully, communicated well through the process, and did a smooth install at a fair price. We are happy to have found him and hope we can have an ongoing relationship with him (next stop: plumbing problems!)

Re-connected a low voltage wire that had been accidentally cut. Checked air temps at supplies and return. It went very well. We were please with the work.

The 2 service persons arrived right on time, went right to work and finished in 1.5 hours. They made recommendations which I found very helpful and didn't try to pressure me in additional services. They were very knowledgiable and gave great confidence in their recommendations. I had used them before and was disappointed, but it was my error not theirs and they were polite all the way thru. I will use them again.

Chris was excellent -- a real find! He responded quickly to my call and was extremely nice and professional. He fixed the problem right away, explained everything very clearly, answered my questions and gave great advice about other issues. It was a rainy day and he wore protective boot covers to avoid tracking mud into my house, which I really appreciated. I recommend CJ Heating very highly and I will most definitely be calling him again!

Installation went fine no problem with the new furnace. They are not the cheapest but they do good work.

As per our phone discussion, it was explained that they did not have the License to perform the work I needed done, but they did refer me to a local vendor that could remedy the problem. Courteous, helpful, very professional on the Telephone. No actual service performed The Vendor they recommend was excellent and performed the repaired needed.

Super timely, high quality responses and advised on what we didn't need to do that we thought we had to. Excellent service - from first call to completion. Will be our go-to plumber from now on!

Chris was very responsive to the initial call and we made a date for service (less than 24 hrs) He showed up on time. He was profesional and took the time to explain what was wrong he gave a estimate and had the parts on his truck. He also put on protective booties when in the house to keep from tracking in dirt. I found them on Angies list and the service was for my mother. There is other work to be done there and we will use them again

Very reliable service with economic price. Angie's coupon was respected. Will call again if needed.

They guy is very personable, professional, gets the job done properly and the air condition works, I'm very happy with them.

It didn't go--not struggling for a phonecall

The pilot light on our gas furnace went out, and I couldn't re-light it. It was an optimum experience.
