They consistently charged more than other companies

They were professional, prompt and courteous. Because I had them put the boiler in I get the first year's contract for free, which is worth about $200 yearly. They have 3 types of pricing and their pricing was reasonable. This company got to the point and was straightforward.

The installment contract for the purchase of equiptment is highly vague and locks people in. It is deceptive and commits people. The consumers need to know it is not only for the agreement, it also signs you into another contract for oil delivery. They do not specify the second contract. The contract for the burner is highly misleading. The consumer has no information or is given other details about the second contract they are signing into. There is a financing option available and also how that works is unclear.

This company won't do any work for you unless you become an oil customer. I was locked into a delivery contract (at a very good price) with another oil company at the time. So they didn't want any other business from me.

I HAVE USED SERVICE THROUGH PATTERSONS SINCE 1978 AND HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEM. I HAVE PATTERSONS TO COME OUT TO CONDUCT ROUTINE CLEANINGS AND OTHER MAINTENANCE THAT KEEPS MY BOILER WORKING WELL.

THIS COMPANY DOES A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE FELLAS. THEY CLEAN UP ANY MESS THAT THEY MIGHT MAKE. THEY ALSO HAVE A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THIS COMPANY DOES EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I HAVE USED THEM FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THIS COMPANY KEEPS MY BOILER RUNNING WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THEY ALSO DELIVERY MY OIL AND I DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING EXCEPT PAY THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS AND THEY TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING.

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY. THE MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HARD WORKING. THEY ALWAYS COME ON TIME AND ARE PRETTY QUICK AT GETTING THE JOB DONE.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND DO A GOOD JOB. I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY COME OUT AND DO PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ONCE A YEAR AND WILL COME OUT AS NEEDED. IF A MESS IS MADE, THEY CLEAN IT UP.

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND MY FURNACE RUNS MORE EFFICIENTLY. IF I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY FURNACE THEY ALWAYS SEND SOMEONE OUT RIGHT OF WAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

I FEEL THIS IS A RELIABLE AND PROMPT COMPANY. THE WORKERS SEEM TO BE MOTIVATED AND INTELLIGENT. AS A CUSTOMER, THEY TREATED ME WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT.

I HAVE USED THIS FIRM FOR FIFTY-FIVE YEARS. THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND WHEN I HAVE NEEDED REPAIRS, THEY ALWAYS STICK TO THE ESTIMATE. BOILERS ARE MESSY AND THE SERVICE MAN ALWAYS CLEANS UP.

PATTERSON FUEL IS ALWAYS ON TIME AND WORKS WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS, THEIR SERVICE IS JUST GREAT. THEY'RE ALWAYS THERE WHEN I NEED THEM, THEY'RE ON THE BALL. THEY GET THE JOB DONE AND ARE ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DO GOOD QUALITY WORK.

WE CAN CALL THEM & THEY WILL BE OUT WITHIN A HALF HOUR TO AN HOUR. WE HAVE A 2-YEAR CONTRACT FOR THEM TO COME OUT & MAINTAIN OUR FURNACE. THEY WILL COME OUT DAY OR NIGHT, EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL. THE ONLY THING I DISLIKE IS THE PRICE.
