Description of Work: Replaced a sink and faucet in an existing vanity. Replace old plumbing under sink with PVC. |Mike did an excellent job. His price might have been a little high, but he came the same day I called and did a neat, clean professional job. I had called him because my regular plumber was on vacation. He does not charge by the hour but a flat rate price. He will apply the cost of the estimate if you go forth with the job

 + -1 moreMike was very professinal, prompt, clean, friendly, and fair with his price. It took him a full day to do this work, and he finished it to completion. All his work was very neat, all lines were lined up neatly, correct materials were used, etc. The only reason I gave him a 'B' in price is because I think that LICENSED plumbers in general are just very expensive, and I don't understand why. But I do think he is priced competitively and I would use him again. After several experiences with other plumbers, who were just nightmares, it was a pleasure to find Mike who knows his trade very well and actually completes jobs.
Description of Work: Mike did the following: 1). Put on hot and cold water valves for new lines to a washing machine. 2). run a waste line from the new washer to a main waste line in the house 3). add hot/cold shutoff valves near the washing machine. 4). Install a new slop sink next to the washer 5) run drain from slop sink into main. 6). Abandon another waste pipe that another plumber had messed up.

 + 0 moreHad leak in exposed ceiling in basement originating from first floor toilet. Never liked original (it was black and it's 2010), weak toilet on first floor and called the plumber to replace toilet and fix leak. (Hoped the installation of the new toilet would identify and eliminate the leak.).Shopped around for a new toilet and it was ready to go when the plumber arrived. He was quick and careful and did a nice job finishing. Awesome.
Description of Work: Found and eliminated leaky in pipe in basement from bathroom. Replaced toilet perfectly and regrouted with original around the base.
