Called two days before to make appointment. (although they had availability the next morning) Thurs. morn. was good for me so I set it up. The operator, Julianna, answered all my questions and was very professional and efficient. On the day of the appointment (between 9:30-12:30) they called saying they would arrive a little before 10 am. and they did. Two trucks came with a total of four men. Paul, Steve, Scott and Zach. All of them were very pleasant, personable, competent, sincere. They worked together very well. They had to bring it through a narrow hallway, turn it 90 degrees and then get it out a doorway and into a front foyer which was one step down. They then had to turn it 90 degrees again and then out the front door a step onto a stoop and then down three more steps to the front walk. All was taken care of with intelligence, competence, and efficiency. They were a pleasure to deal with and would use them again as well as recommend them to others.

I was able to make an appointment for the day and time I wanted. The woman on the phone was very professional and friendly. She explained the process because I have never done this before. They called and e-mailed to verify days ahead. They called about 30 minutes before they arrived. They were told what had to go and gave an estimate that was the final price. We used the Angie's List coupon to get $25 off which pretty much paid the tax. The haulers were very neat and friendly. They didn't complain about anything. The only problem I had was the price. A whole truckload is $614. I didn't think I had a whole truckload because I thought the truck was much bigger. I have seen other junk luggers with bigger trucks. Also, bear in mind that you have to pay extra to have them discard air conditioners. Having said that, I would use them again because they made it very easy to use them. Years ago we would just get a bunch of friends together and haul each other's junk. Since now we have to hire people at quite an expense, it might as well be easy.

They called to let me know they were on their way and did a professional job with a reasonably price.

They did a good job. They did actually put a hole in my ceiling accidentally because they stepped through my ceiling from my attic. So, it was a pretty big repair job, which they made good with their repair and they sent someone that following week to get the job done and they fixed the ceiling. It was not a great experience and I am not sure I would use them again, but they did follow through on what they had damaged. They came good on their promises. They were very responsive. They were very punctual. They were very professional.

Great Job. I had a 15 year old television to be removed, and it weighed a ton! They didn't even flinch, got straight to work, and took the thing away!

Found out about this company through Angie's List and took advantage of a deal offered to members. I purchased a truckload of junk to be removed from my house and contacted the company immediately thereafter to schedule the appointment. They contacted us to confirm the appointment the day before. They also called that morning to let us know about when they would come within the scheduled timeframe. Jeff and Mike came on time and my husband showed them everything that was "junk" and what we wanted to donate. They were very efficient and professional. The job was performed in less than two hours. My husband was impressed with how they were able to get everything up our basement stairs so easily. We were very happy with the services that were performed and would definitely use them again in the future.

They were okay. He was a nice guy. They were kind of expensive. His truck was small so they had to come twice. I would recommend them. He was punctual. They were younger men and they were nice kids. They were very competent and smart. It was difficult to move and they did a nice job. They are coming back with the paperwork tomorrow.

They gentlemen were punctual, professional, clean and very respectful. It was a pleasure watching someone take pride in their job.
