Excellent service! From estimating, to booking, to the actual pick-up, The Junkluggers were amazing. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for junk removal. Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever received.

very impressed with Junkluggers from the responsiveness to my request on Angie's List, coming to the house to provide an estimate, and then the day of the junk removal. The two men who performed the junk removal task were very professional, friendly, health conscious (important in this time) and efficient. My only complaint is that two trucks were promised at one time, but only one showed up. So the truck had to be emptied and then came back to be refilled, which ultimately made the task longer than planned. But other than this, the service was excellent.

They were very good, very careful and they did not bump the wall. They work very professionally and very patient. They took everything that I wanted them to take off and they were fast. They smile and very pleasant and I was happy they came out to take out the junk.

The junk was lugged. The crew are always friendly and professional, the booking and follow up always a pleasure.

Very well. Two gentlemen arrived promptly and were polite and professional. They were able to resolve issues such as pieces not fitting through the doorframe etc. They filled the entire truck, which is exactly what I anticipated.

Phone call ahead of time to confirm arrival, the chaps arrived on time, were very careful moving some heavy objects out of the house. Couple days later got an unexpected donation receipt for on e of the pieces (furniture) that was donated to a Veteran's organisation. Outstanding service.

Great. Would always and exclusively use junkluggers. They are prompt, professional and dependable.

It went great. They showed up on time. Two gentlemen assessed the stuff I wanted removed. An old dishwasher. Some old bricks, two small logs and shine other random stuff. They worked hard going back and forth from the bank of my house to the front for an hour with lots of heavy stuff. They even helped me clean up a bit after. Overall A+

They were fantastic, I couldn't have asked for two better guys. I think they used more space than I paid for, but didn't add a charge' they were very friendly and professional as well.

Very responsive, punctual and professional. I don't remember the cost but it seemed like an awful lot just to remove 2 sofas. However, it was comparable to other places.

Call the junkluggers office and a time was set for the following day. James and Marv arrived on time removed old refrigerator a very heavy old dryer at a steel cabinet from the basement, taking them up at interior flight of stairs and out the front door. These items were very heavy very hard to handle,but James and more handled them with a lot of patience and care for my newly painted walls. Definitely would use again. Price quoted was very reasonable.

I contacted them to get estimate and they met us at house to see scope of work to be done. They called 15 minutes prior to arriving. The estimate was for 2 1/2 truck loads and we wanted scheduled for two pickups. On the 1st visit, they brought 2 trucks based on original estimate of 1 1/2 trucks. Once they started removing items, it was clear that they needed to add a 3rd truck. while on the job, they scheduled a 3rd truck to come that afternoon because we had to leave and get back to our home in Baltimore. We had sorted all the furniture and boxes in the basement so all they had to do was carry everything to their trucks. We did not do any sorting of the outside shed and it was a mess. They just put on their gloves and pulled everything out of shed, bagged it and put on truck. No complaints. The 3rd truck arrived around 2 PM and picked up all the boxes/furniture that was left. All the crew members were very pleasant and professional. They came in, did their jobs and cleaned up afterwards. On the 2nd scheduled appointment, August 8th, they called me that they would be a late because prior job took longer than expected. We were okay with that because we still had some work to do. They then called 15 minutes prior to arriving. One the the crew was from the original pick up and we went over what needed to be removed. They got to work and within 1 1/2 they had completed removing all furniture/boxes from the 2nd floor apartment. We were very satisfied with their professionalism and service that was provided

Overall it went well. I was pleased with the service the men provided. They did a wonderful job. I had a lot of large concrete and stone to get collected. The items were very heavy but they managed to collect them with no problem. They left the area where this garbage was very clean. Even the little tiny pieces they managed to collect. I am happy with this company as far as the service. I am not happy with the pricing because they did not inform me of everything over the phone.

Junk Luggers was outstanding. They arrived on time at ( AM with a crew of four and a truck large enough to take away all of the furniture, beds and rugs. I will definitely use Junk Luggers again.

They came and they were very nice. They did what I needed them to do but I had like TVs and stuff that I wanted to give to the nation. They told me that they would give it to the nation and then they would send the receipt to me for tax purposes. I never received that receipt. I sent email and I called and I never received that. They called me and then they made an appointment and they came. I told them that those were for the Salvation Army and they said they take things to charity and then they provide with the receipt. When they gave the size of the truck they need to be a bit more specific. They were professional, on time and they were ok.

The service was great. There were no extra charges to the $129 Big Deal purchase price. They were quick and professional. They actually took a couple of things that were above what they originally should take and they took it away for us; that is cool. The Deal was fantastic.

(1) Reaching out to them and making an appointment was swift. The assistant over the phone was quite professional and we agreed on the scope of the work. (2) The team arrived early in the morning and they looked quite professional. The truck, their uniforms, etc. were all professional looking. (3) They removed the agreed amount of junk and left a clean area. (4) The only part I got little upset was the realized pricing. When I made the appointment I was thinking we agreed on the volume of the debris, condition of the debris and resulting price. When the team saw the job they quoted a price that was significantly higher and I had to initially decline the service. At the end, we agreed that a truckload of junk will be removed at an new price. I believe it was possible to give a precise volume of the junk in cubic feet and highly detailed condition of the materials. I provided all the details and honestly expecting the final price to be quite close to the initial estimate. I got upset when the final quote was quite more expensive than initial quote. I suggest them to improve their method of providing the initial estimate. For instance, they may ask for more details (clients should provide as much detail as possible to get the best quote).

They were excellent. They were prompt, very professional. I used them like 4 times and each time, they were exactly the same. The price was reasonable and the guys were just good. I'd recommend them to anybody.

It was my first time using the company and the service went great. 2-3 people came out and completed the job in about an hour and half. They did a fine job and I have no complaints. They were very courteous and great with cleaning up after themselves. They were very efficient and I had no problems scheduling the service. I even had to reschedule at one point and they were very accommodating.

They took away everything I had asked them to. They filled about 3/4 of a truck. Two people came out and completed the job in about an hour and fifteen minutes. They made sure to call to let me know that they would be a little late to the appointment and showed up exactly when they said they would. They do exactly what they say they will. They make scheduling a service very easy and you can even schedule online.
