Description of Work: Asked Groner to provide an estimate to relocate my central a/c compressor and also to provide an estimate to replace my aging system. Very professional and great to work with. Although my project is currently on hold pending other work being done at my home, when I am ready to proceed, I will be calling Groner to complete the job.

Description of Work: They replaced my heating system. They were very professional, courteous, and came in a timely fashion. They did a great job and they were reasonably priced.

Description of Work: Installed new 3-ton air handler. This was a difficult job because the air handler is located in an attic area that is basikly a "crawl space". The workers (3 men) were courteous and careful. They completed the job sooner than we anticipated. The work was also performed sooner than quoted. The entire organization was very responsive. We are very happy with their work and would recommend this company to anyone who has problems with their air conditioning.

Description of Work: Noticed fan was not blowing heat on the few cold days - called Groner and explained the problem. They offered to come out ASAP, but as it was a Friday and it had warmed up considerably, I asked that they come on Monday. I was told they would be here between 10:30 and 1:30, which they were. Found problem instantly, showed me faulty part, and replaced it. Working perfectly now. I have been using Groner since 1978 and have always been impressed with their professionalism, honesty, and great work. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: 2 central A/C needed to be replaced,having been drowned by Hurricane Sandy. Sal, I believe is the owner or GM came over, checked out the system and clearly explained my options. He followed up about a week later with a clearly written formal proposal. At installation, the work crew showed up on time, removed the old units, installed the new ones ( and cleaned up the area ), and confirmed their function. Since the weather was still cold they could not fully charge up the units. They returned a few weeks later as they promised to check the coolant charge and reconfirm system operation. A very professional transaction. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Description of Work: My AC was not working at the start of the season, I called them due to reviews here. They responded immediately and came within 3 hrs, fixed it the day before 100 degrees kicked in. Great, prefessional, knowledgeable. Thank you!

Description of Work: First time ever using Groner for A/C tune-up. Very complete inspection and minor repair. For the past 10 years I had used another group for our annual tune-up and they were never as good as Groner... my new company! Great job guys!
