We were very satisfied in every way. They showed alot of pride in the end result. Very honorable company.

We had met with other contractors for estimates, for leader and gutter removal and replacement , roof and ceiling repair due to water damage, interior wall repair and painting, however, after meeting Mr. Hector we were immediately impressed by his professional knowledge, experience, and expertise. Mr. Hector arrived for the initial estimate prepared with the tools and supplies necessary to assess the areas requiring repairs and provided and detailed estimate of the needed repairs which as it turns out were more extensive that we anticipated, and would require both interior and exterior repairs due to water damage. After comparing Mr. Hector’s proposal and professionalism with several other contractors he was awarded the job without hesitation. Mr. Hector was very courteous and respectful of my home and my personal property, some of which had to be moved to allow access to the work area. Mr. Hector and his crew were thorough and put a lot of pride into getting the job done the right way. Mr. Hector worked closely with me and my husband to ensure that we would be satisfied with the final outcome of the project. He took the time to address any questions or concerns we had through the project. Throughout the process, Mr. Hector not only made sure the work was done well and on time, he took precautions to ensure the safety of my family and his crew. No debris or any other hazardous material was left anywhere where anyone could get hurt. The whole project went very well. Mr. Hector was very professional, always returning my calls and arriving when he said he would. He and his crew proved they are dependable, and master’s at their profession. The quality of their work was excellent. We are very happy with the workmanship and detail Mr. Hector and his crew put into our home repairs and would not hesitate to use them again. We highly recommend Mr. Hector and his company to anyone in need of home repairs.

The work crew arrives on schedule and went over some details with and got right to work. Hector overses every aspect of the job and insures his staff does quality work. The crew appears to respond well to supervision and works as a team. Each job was completed with attention to detail, professionalism and respect for property which is always restored to original condition.

I called Hector and described the work that I need done at my mothers house. We arranged a time and date so the he could give me an estimate. Hector showed up on time, looked at the work and provided me with a fair cost estimate, We settled on a date for the work to be done. As agreed, he and his crew showed up on time and completed the work in one day (as agreed to and as promised). I would not hesitate to hire Hector and his crew to do more work. To me it is most important that the contractor shows up on time, performs the work promised and at the quality expected. I intend to have Hector provide weekly lawn maintenance at my mom's and have work done at my home as well.

The proprietor of Santon Landscape, Design and Construction was prompt and professional and arrived on time for initial estimateand gt; He and his crew arrived promptly on date of service. A sprinkler system was installed done with minimal disruption to surrounding area and the plumbing work was top shelf. The crew worked well together and kept the work area clean and free of debris. The price was fair and I feel I definitely got my money's worth. Santon took the time to shown me how to program the sprinkler system and insured that I was comfortable setting the timer. The workers worked quietly and responded to supervision appropriately. The workers took the time to insure that the area surrounding the work site were clear of debris and posed no danger to someone walking in the vicinity. The work was completed within the planned timeframe and all materials, dirt, and garbage were promptly removed and the work area was restored. In the course of the work day my elderly neighbor experienced a crisis and came to the window through the window sought help. Santon responded immediately without hesitation and aided my neighbor whose husband had fallen and could not get up. Santon also went out of his way and ran an errand for the neighbor who was extremely grateful. I was very appreciative and impressed by his unselfish humanitarian efforts and willingness to help other's in an emergency. The work performed was of high quality and I would definitely use the company again.

We were looking for a deck replacement as our beautiful red deck has become more of a sight for sore eyes .... We had 3 quotes that we were mulling over, one of which being Hector of Stanton Landscaping. What caught our eye about Hector was not that he was the most economical of the three, because it was in the the same ballpark as the others .... It is funny for me to describe this .... But he had vision!!! Yes, his artistry is amazing ...... He drew you a picture mentally before he started. We signed the contract and started on 8/9, he started on 8/17 and ultimately, the deck and brick patio (yes, i said patio) are to die for!!!!!! His men were on time and the job was on schedule with the exception of some rain delays and oh yeah, a hurricane. They even cleaned up my backyard as if they were out there to landscape .... I almost thought my regular gardener passed by out of schedule. All in all, I am totally impressed with the work he did .... He even gave tips on my landscaping (his first love it seems) needs while he was there ..... I am already looking for another project for him to do!!!! If you are thinking about it .... Trust me, a quote won't hurt!

It was a great and wonderful experience. We met Saturday for the estimate. He came out on time, was friendly and knowledgable. He was very detailed and answered any questions that I had. On the work day, they arrived on time and completed the job. They finished everything to my satisfaction. The help was very curtious. I am extremely pleased with the work. He is a wonderful man and a humatarian. I have an elderly couple that lives next door and one of them had fallen. He helped them up and even assisted in getting their A/C working again. I am very happy with his services.

Time was of the essence to get the job done because of the time of year. He accommodated me. His price was reasonable. He was pleasant to work with and his workers worked very hard and they cleaned up and left everything very neat. I am planning on hiring him again for further landscaping work.

After a historically large snowfall that paralyzed a lot of the New York area, and no snow shovelers coming to offer their services, when I went to check on my elderly mother at her home, I found that getting in and out of the house and driveway had become impossible for her, and too difficult, even hazardous, for her day aide, who had managed to drive to her house but could not park in the driveway due to the snow plow berm and the drifts. And since it had been a few days since the last snow, the snow pack was not only deep, but heavy and crusted over. We found several choices of snow removal services on Angie's List and called the top two listed, early on Saturday afternoon. Hector from Santon was the first to return our call, within one hour. He offered to meet my husband at the house at 4:30 p.m., and he was there right on time. He was a very pleasant man, listened carefully to what we wanted, gave us a fair price for the big job we were asking for, told us what kind of resources he would bring to the job, and said that he could do it the next morning, on Sunday morning, no extra charge. He and two other men showed up on time the next morning, with a truck carrying two large snow blowers, and worked for almost three hours steady cleaning everything up exactly the way we wanted it. They were respectful of the neighbors' property, and they were careful not to blow snow on top of my mother's ornamental plants.

Hector and his crew are all terrific. They take pride in everything they do. They are always polite and helpful, prompt and professional and extremely neat. I originally called them in May to get an estimate on our deck steps which needed to be completed by mid June to prepare for a garden wedding. Hector's $2,000.00 estimate was substantially lower than 5 others I received and he promised he could complete the job on time. We hired him and as we watched his crew build the new staircase, the deck railing began to look worse, so we decided to replace it. That was when we noticed the deck sagging....etc., etc., As they say, the rest is history. They worked tirelessly through Memorial Day weekend and the next several weeks - 7 days a week until our home and garden looked the best it's ever looked. Whenever they are here and see the newspaper in the driveway, they bring it up to us with a smile. They've even helped carry groceries from the car. Our old "gardener" used to drive over the newspaper. My husband and I feel lucky to have found Santon . We intend to use them for interior remodeling (2 bathrooms) which Hector said they do during the winter months.
