Description of Work: I have used Mr. K many times for both window cleaning and snow removal from my roofs. I find them to be very quick in their response time (even came out on a Sunday to remove very heavy snow from roof) and very reasonable with their prices. I have nothing but a good recommendation to give this company. Do not hesitate. The owner is a very nice guy and will always do right by you. (I didnt input a price since the many services I've used him for vary in price.)

+ -1 moreMr. K's was not recommended to me by anyone but appeared to be the only vendor in my area. I wish I had researched more. The man who answered the phone was rude but I booked them anyway. Big Mistake. They gave me an estimate but when it came to do the work, they added on special chemical treatments that I did not ask for nor approve prior. I suspect it was to jack up the price. When I brought it to Mr K's attention he bullied me and was incredibly condescending. I am a stay at home mom with two small children and felt uncomfortable with Mr. K being at my home once he became hostile and needed the whole ordeal to end peacefully and quickly. I paid them but will never use them again. I used another vendor recently at my second home in Nyack and Mr. K's men drove by and actually ripped out the sign that my other vendor left behind - in broad daylight. So unprofessional and juvenile. The other vendor was less expensive and a much better experience.
