Mr. K Services just cleaned our windows (inside / outside), screens, skylights, and gutters. The crew was professional, courteous and did an amazing job! I highly recommend this company and will be using them again for all window cleaning services. Ken was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

We have a sun porch off the back of the house that is on the second floor. The windows are very large and very high for us to do so I got in touch with Mr. K's. They are great! About 6 people showed up, did the windows inside and out and were out within 1 hour. His prices are very reasonable and the staff very respectful and friendly. Everyone involved in the job including office staff were very nice. We will definitely be using them again!

The results were phenomenal - in a 2 hour time frame the windows were transformed from a grimy, filthy mess -from eyesore to attractive. These were almost 50 year old windows with old fashioned storms and screens - a nightmare as each window was really 4 sided considering inside and outside of both regular and storm windows. Ken and his crew were prompt, thorough, courteous, and Ken is a very interesting man of many talents. We almost didn't realize how dirty our windows were until we saw the comparison once they were clean. If you want attention to detail, thoroughness, pride in workmanship, courtesy and a reasonable price, Mr. K's is the company you want to hire.

They were on time and very professional. They worked fast and did a great job. I filled out the form on their website, but did not get a call. I had to call to actually set up an appointment. That was the only negative.

Ken and his crew of 4 were professional. They did an outstanding job in less than 4 hours. While some contractors like to and quot;get in and get outand quot;, Ken and his crew took the time to make sure I was satisfied.

We had them do our window’s a number of years ago when we first bought our house and were young and naand iuml;ve. They did a good job at that time so we recently called to schedule another cleaning. I hadn’t recalled how this company works but got a refresher course. They schedule jobs by location, which make sense. They put their crew in a town and do all the jobs in that area. The kicker is that you have to be flexible on the time…for example: You schedule a job for Monday at 11am. They tell you the time might change if they have cancellations, or additional jobs booked. Thus, an 11a appointment could be become a 9a or 12:30p, etc. You might not know until the day before. This doesn’t work for me. I have a busy life with limited free time (like many), and can’t (won’t) schedule it around a service company’s needs. Being able to make an appointment allows you to plan the other things you need to do and not waist a day working around their schedule. I recommend the work they do and if you can be flexible and work about their needs, you will be happy with the outcome.
