"We had originally done the bathroom 20 years ago. The plumber did a shoddy job and the water had been spraying a mist under the toilet for 12 years! Not only was the floor rotted and sinking under the tile but on the other side of the wall in our living room, the oak floor Had rotted. Memo not only knew what to do for both projects but did them perfectly and efficiently. He tells you exactly what he’s going to do and then does it. The bathroom floor had to be ripped up, the floor joists replaced and he even did new plumbing then re-tiled the floorThe walls had to be repaired and painted. The living room floor had to be cut and repaired. He was able to run the slate from the fireplace to the wall perfectly. It looked like it had always been that way! We were extremely happy with the work done. I cannot say enough good things about working with him. It is truly a pleasure to have someone with such professionalism and expertise to call on when major projects need to be done. "
