Kevin is thoughtful, responsive, cooperative and brought a high level of craftsmanship to our bathroom renovation at a reasonable cost. He was great with both the bigger vision and the fine details. Renovation in a NY co-op apartment is a challenge, but Kevin made the process as smooth as possible and we are very happy with the results. Looking forward to working with him again on more home improvements!

The plumber he didn't show up at the scheduled time of 1pm on Friday. This was not just a minor inconvenience, but a serious problem, as the leaky faucet was causing a violation of the building code. The building code is a set of rules and standards that regulate the construction and maintenance of buildings. It ensures the safety and health of the occupants and the environment. A leaky faucet can cause water damage, mold growth, and waste of resources. I had received a notice from the landlord that I had to fix it by Friday or face a penalty. My dad was also upset, as he was worried about the possible consequences of not complying with the rules. I tried calling the plumber several times, but he didn't answer his phone or return my messages. I think this is very irresponsible and disrespectful, and I would not recommend this plumber to anyone. He put me in a difficult situation and didn't even apologize or explain why he missed the appointment. This is the worst service I have ever

Kevin was such a pleasure to work with! He put up with all my co-op's ridiculous paperwork requests (which took forever) and then started right away and finished in the time and budget he had estimated. He was always responsive and stayed in touch, came when he said he would, cleaned up every day after he stopped work (which I was very grateful for with a preschooler and two nosy cats), and even kindly took care of a few extra things around the apartment that I came up with. And the kitchen came out exactly as I hoped! I would hire Kevin again in the future without hesitation!!

Initially was very response came out within a day to take a look at the job. After reached out multiple times to get an estimate and at first said he would send then didn’t and was unresponsive. Complete waste of time.

Work was done in a timely manner and always very professional. Communication was excellent and hours were flexible. Job came out exactly as wanted. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Kevin did a wonderful job remodeling my kitchen. He was very communicative every step of the way and completed the project in a timely manner. We discussed the renovation plan throughly before the work started and there were no surprises along the way. My kitchen turned out beautifully and exactly as we planned. I will absolutely hire him again in the future.

Where do I even start?! Working with Kevin was such a pleasure. His work was absolutely meticulous and detail oriented. He transformed our two bathrooms to look incredible for such an adorable price. The bathrooms were complete gut outs and you would never believe the before and after pictures! Kevin was always on time, extremely hardworking, and always made sure to keep everything tidy and clean after each day. His eye for detail is what will have us using him for ever project in the future! You’d be foolish to use anyone else!

The job came out fabulous!! Kevin is the best. The place was always cleaned at the end of the day. I don't know how he managed to demo a whole bathroom without making noise. He was extremely helpful with finding just the right tiles and colors. I would highly recommend him. I plan on having him do my kitchen in the spring. A job extremely well done.

Great! I originally had Home Depot hired to do the work. They came over and refused to do the job because my sheetrock was old and the old tiles were tearing it up upon removal. They wanted me to gut it or add wonder board before they would come back to do it. I thought that was ridiculous so I wanted a second opinion. I found Kevin and he took a look and said that he could do the work as is (no gutting of the wall need etc) and that he can work with the issues. He did a beautiful job, didn't leave a mess and completed timely work.

Kevin was amazing. He was super responsive to our design interests and kept making the kitchen better than we ever could have imagined. I highly recommend working with him.

I hired Kevin to demo and remodel my basement bathroom including part of my basement and he exceeded my expectations. Kevin was really easy to work with and paid attention to our needs and helped suggest certain ideas along the way. He is extremely professional and can be trusted to work in your home unsupervised. I would not only hire Kevin again but I have already recommended him to my close friends for their remodeling needs.

Kevin is a true professional and can be trusted to work unsupervised in your home. He understood our needs and came up with a perfect bathroom design plan for us based on that. I've worked in construction so it takes a lot to impress me, Kevin did so at each phase. The demolition was quick and clean and he removed all the old framing, electric, plumbing, floors and subfloors and rebuilt from scratch using high quality materials. Kevin's workmanship far exceeded our expectations for the project. His attention to detail and skillful execution is easily worth twice the price. He created a separate temporary bathroom for us to use during the project. There were no surprise extras or unexpected delays, he stayed within budget (even saving us money on some things) and also did the entire job in the timeframe that was originally proposed. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Everyone who sees the new bathroom says, "It's the best room in the house!" We love it.

Kevin did a wonderful job in finishing up our bathroom shower and touching up our apartment. We had a contractor before that just ghosted us and made alot of mistakes. Kevin was creative enough to fix everything and we are grateful! Our shower was a bit complicated because we've interviewed a few other people before him and they didn't seem to know how to get what we wanted. Kevin will surely be coming back to do more in our home. I highly recommend him!

I didn't know if the ladder had to be replaced (big, expensive job, I imagine) or could just be repaired (quicker and less expensive). Keven was honest, he said he could repair it. He was punctual for the estimate and the day he performed the work. Part of the job was tricky. He thought about it a few minutes and came up with a very good solution. He cleaned up after he finished the job. He is pleasant and polite.

Showed up on time, Hustled, and did a great job. Could not recommend more!
