Tim Groth was called to inspect my furnace for the winter. He discovered cracks forming and suggested I think about getting a new one. It took me a week also but I decided to go ahead with the install. He came about 9, and was completed 4 hours as promised.

Had to go through our crawl space, remove piping after turning off main water supply to house, soldering shut these pipes that were not in use. This let the water flow to the main radiators in the downstairs. We will use this service again as so very knowledgeable and met our needs in a short period of time as we were at a timeline that had to be met.
Description of Work: Removed piping within our kitchen that was part of existing heating system.

It went well... Tim listened to my problem, examined the system and heating ducts and resolved the problem without creating a big deal about it. I would give him an excellent rate for answering his cell phone after hours, (Friday evening) coming over the next day after he finished another job (Saturday afternoon) and not charging me a service call visit for his time. He installed a new AC/Heating system in my home in 2011 and he has always been available and professional.
Description of Work: Tim showed me how to balance the air conditioning in my raised ranch home so that the downstairs isn't freezing you out while the upstairs is hot. He was here for a half hour; he made some adjustments to my heating ducts and switched the fan to run continuously.
