"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. For units out of warranty we charge $20 to $40 dollars (depending on size of unit) for a bench fee and that is deducted from the labor if you decide to have the unit fixed. We also provide In-Home Service for those units too big to lug around. Service Calls start at $75 dollars in town (Hornell) and prices vary outside of town depending on travel distance. "had an absolutely terrible experience with this company we made an appointment for them to come look at the dryer if they never showed up for the first appointment we had to call back and set up another appointment when it comes out and looks all said and done and he leaves come to find out our dryer is making a very loud noise the lint dryer vent duct was not attached to the back of our dryer. we had extra screws that were not extra that actually belongs on the back of the dryer.They did not put screws back in the dryer properly so the back panel is crooked and Boeing at one side because he did not put the screws back in or properly."
