+ -1 moreSuper job. The appointment was promised for the day directly after my phone call. The technician kept me informed of timing and showed up on time. He had to diagnose the problem and then found out the compressor had failed. He had one in the truck. He stayed with the job until it was completed and the unit was checked thoroughly. Neat, clean job.

+ -1 moreThe service was excellent. He called before he came and even waited a few minutes for me to get home from work. He knew what the problem was before he even started and was able to locate the problem (just as he had described) and fixed it quickly. Great job.
Description of Work: The temperature sensor was not working on our washer. The technician was able to find/fix the problem quickly. He even vacuumed out behind the washer before he put it back!

+ -1 moreThe repair went well. At the first appointment, the Sears repairman diagnosed the problem. Then the parts were ordered and shipped to my home. Then the actual repair was done at a second appointment, by a different Sears repairman. The appointments were made at my convenience, and the repairmen arrived within the time window agreed upon. The repair was successful - my refrigerator now works.
Description of Work: I needed to have my refrigerator repaired. It is very hard to find an appliance repair person who works in the Watkins Glen area. I made several calls to other appliance repair people and none would come to my home. I chose to use Sears because they were very willing to come to my home.

+ -1 moreIt required two trips. They didn't charge us for the second one. They didn't give an explanation of why we had the problem to begin with.
Description of Work: The dish washer fuse had blown. On the first visit, they replaced the fuse but did not reset the diagnostics. The machine didn't run properly.
