"This is an updated review as I don't see an option to edit the older one I posted. Kevin came to our house at least 4 times in Otsego Co. The first time he worked hard updating several outlets and only charged $350. He told us then he would come back next time with another 2 guys & would charge $900 for the day (300x3). Next time, he only came with one other guy who did most of the work while Kevin went away part time. Still charged us $900. From then on, work proceeded slowly for $900/day with only Jordan his buddy working full time, while he would go away part time. They never even put up half the fixtures after the 4 days of work. The 4th day he charged over $1500 because he put in a subpanel upstairs which he claimed we needed. Kevin said he would be staying 10 hrs to finish everything on that last day. But in reality, he left early, had an excuse that he needs to get to a pharmacy and didn't finish the work. I think he drags it out on purpose to keep coming back and making $$$."

"Responded right away. Made an appointment for the next day Technician showed up and said the remote receiver was bad and removed it. Light and fan worked for one day. Next day stopped working again. I contacted them again and got a terse message saying “ you need a new ceiling fan” and refused to come back. My son looked at it and tightened the wire nuts and it’s worked fine after that. So I wasted $100"

Just 2 estimate sheets 1. for 5k for electrical work and, 1 for 2200 for insulation.... Red flag 1, Tom told me it was 1k for a free service that I had to get clarified, and 5k for a breaker box and 40 breakers and 1 outlet hooked up seems a bit expensive, especially when I Had to contact them to tell them what box I wanted after they never got ahold of me. Second red flag was the insulation...a bare estimate with no scope of where the insulation was to go. Was it going in the attic? The unfinished basement? The unfininshed bathroom in the basement? The Garage? Where was it going to go? So when date came, I went to work. They called complaining, well me too maybe you should tell customers What you plan to do in their house...you know since they own it, not John Betlem."
