The two craftsmen who did the work were amazing! They arrived promptly every day, worked extremely hard, and did absolutely beautiful work. He didn't bring the requested mortar and silicone color. He threatened to leave if I didn't like it. No repointing as requested in agreement. He failed to show on the first scheduled workday. The workers failed to protect my floor, and when Mik finally arrived after they dragged the rig through my home, they put paper down on my parquet with duck tape that pulled off the finish. I chose Milestone based on all these glowing reviews. No sir!"
