Norm was an extremely knowledgable in all of the home security and up and coming smart home technologies. He walked me through every step of my security camera installation and even described to me the benefits of running Ethernet instead of coax. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a security installer or Smart home installation expert.

Due to another job lasting longer than intended, they did show up late. BUT...they worked hard to get the antenna installed before it got dark out. Very dedicated business.

My job of installing an antenna turned out to be much more difficult than anticipated but he eventually was able to accomplish the objective. I am in Rochester and he is the only person I know that does this work.

Dealing with a previously unknown contractor can be worrisome at times, but, after speaking with Norm by phone, I had no qualms about inviting him over to size up the job and perform the work. He immediately struck me as honest and fair, and while the price for the new rotator might have been more than I would like to pay, I decided that it was fair and reasonable for the quality. In addition, he spent time to make some minor adjustments not included in his original proposal, and at no additional charge. He spent more time than expected, but did not add any additional hourly charge for this, either. Summing up, I would say that the service and quality were. well worth the cost. Norm himself was pleasant and amiable, taking time to speak with us and instruct us on the operation of the updated design rotator remote control. I will gladly call him again should the need arise.
