The whole process was simple and easy to understand and the crew cleaned everything up and they were very efficient.

if you go with this company get the sales man to write everything down on the contract. when the workers come make sure they follow the contract.

Hard workers, great price. No one came close in $ . They need to do a better job with containing concrete dust. Place was a mess!. Company helped pay cleaning costs.

Very professional and easy to deal with, responsive to our concerns. More realistic expectations would have helped us better prepare for cleanup. Hard workers, polite and no crude talk. Spring thaw will be the test.

An expensive job done well by out of area company that I would recommend again. A senior discount was offered to assist with the cost.

Overall, the company is a good choice. Just make sure you go over the contract with the inspector, make sure what he said is what he wrote to be done in the job. That goes for any company you hire for anything though! Also, they do need to work on communicating with their subcontractors better as to what needs to be done. I, the homeowner, surprised them on numerous occasions as to what the job entailed, they always had to call Highlander & make sure & I called to make sure sometimes as well because the subcontractors would leave sometimes without finishing the job that day. Then, wouldn't return when said they were. It was a headache. Highlander did make it right. They're still making it right as of right now. So, if you're a patient & calm person- they are a good choice & they do a good job, the price is high for the service they provide. We were charged near 30k & didn't even get our basment bathroom demo'd which is what we paid for & it was in contract. The subcontractors twice had no idea that they had to demo our bathroom. Just a heads up to all those who deal with companies who use subcontractors. Make sure they get copies of the job contract-- So, they know what they're hired to do.

Company did bait and switch I had a contract for one amount and salesman said that was the price no matter what. he stated that they will not change price once job is started. NOT the case the supervisor said it would be extra 8-10 thousand for work. They broke the contract and never returned my deposit I’m contacting a lawyer to recover funds. I would not recommend this company for anything!

Very knowledgeable and professional. It’s a big system that will meet my needs and the life I am adding to the house. Well worth it!

Workers were courteous and professional. Took time to explain procedure to me while working. Job was completed in one day as promised. Only complaint was that living space was not protected against drippage of epoxy while materials were removed after job completed. Some difficult to remove epoxy residue discovered on kitchen floor and rug after workers left. Otherwise very satisfied with job.

They came to my house and provided an estimate for work that actually matched my needs. The work crew completed the job in a day as promised. I expect that the waterproofing method will deliver the desired results over the long term.

From start to finish Highlander was what a professional company should be. Honest. They knew the right way to fix our foundation and did it in 1 day! The crew were not only knowledgeable and hard working but they were also kind and always had time to explain or answer a question no matter who i asked. They cleaned up after themselves and helped each other without being asked to. The foreman Ryan called me to give me an ETA, and then walked through the project with me and listened to and saw all the problems with our foundation. He always had time for my questions and made sure I was happy with all the stages of the repair, and he worked just as hard as his crew. I am impressed with this company.

This company is really great to work with. From scheduling the initial inspection to completion, every person was very professional and polite. The inspector took his time with me to explain the materials they would be using and how the straps would be installed. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I received a reminder call the day before the work was to be started. The crew that came to the house promptly identified themselves and were very respectful of me and my property. They were quite and focused and the job was completed before the end of the day. When they were finished they took the time to review what they had done and answered any remain questions I had. A couple days later I received a follow up call from the company to make sure everything had been done. I would definitely recommend them.

Highlander was very responsive to our urgent project after flooding. They scheduled our project right away. The job turned out to be more complex than originally anticipated and took an extra day to complete. We called them back twice afterward to make a repair. The supervisor followed up to make sure we were satisfied.
