No pressure what so ever, from the sales call, to the person that came to measure, explaine what would be done, approx how long it would take to complete the job & approx when the job would be done Actually the job didn't take as long as originally planned. The workers, amazing, friendly, funny, nice, on time, & worked frm the minute they got here till they left. They cleaned up everything. never know they were here. Our basement is DRY, DRY, & DRY. We have never been able to store much there. NOW, we can store anything there! Never, ever thought that would happen. TY Highlander! You are the best!!

The crew was friendly and extremely neat! They jackhammered my basement to install interior French drains and a sump pump and cleaned up after they were finished. They even wiped the mud off my hose and wiped up the floor. They worked like a well oiled machine and were finished sooner than we expected. Would definitely recommend them!

Great company to work with from the first site visit with Brandon to dealing with Mike to the on-site crew. Extremely efficient!

We signed our contract with Highlander back in December 2021 to install a French drain in the basement, to properly remove the water from the basement, and to completely dry up our basement. We were told it would cost $13,200 for the entire thing to be corrected and done properly. They came months later than discussed at the start. Yes due to Covid issues, both them and us. But they did not have good communication at all. They put in a second drain trying to charge an additional $2,000 without talking to me or my wife. They claimed they called my wife and got her okay for the pump but it is funny that they only had my phone number and contact information. They also removed a door into the basement without talking to us and we are unable to reinstall it (was not in good shape but would have been nice to know). They have the water being removed out of the house three feet from our door which is creating a swamp in our yard and just has the water going right back into our basement. After raising the issue with management for days and then trying to say they were going to charge us additional money for excavation they agreed to come fix it. We are still waiting for that to be done. Then we have the issue that we still have a good amount of water pooling in our basement to the point we are still unable to hook up our washer and dryer because the cement is still wet because it is in water. This is absolutely absurd that we spent over $13,000 and still have all the same problems plus more now. I will update as/if they correct the issues.

Brandon was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, I would trust him with any major project. He came and inspected our property, luckily we didn't need repairs and he was honest to tell us this! Brandon gave us a lot of great advice and educated us about things to look out for as homeowners. We're very thankful that we found them. Highly highly recommended!

Scott and his were responsive and accommodating. They worked over the course of approximately 3 months. Some of the major work included the following; removing 2 walls, raising and installing new foundation, building (2 sides) new cinder block walls - all during winter months. They still have to come back to tidy up things out side once the weather breaks. However, overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with the work done.

Respectful of personal property even though the work, hand dug trenches nine feet deep and two feet wide, done in a narrow space and adverse conditions When the job was finished the clean up was admirable.

Efficient, tidy, good work, timely

First it took a long time between the initial hiring and someone showing up to do the work. Many cancellations without reason. After the work was done, we had more flooding than before. Contacted them by phone and email with little success. After six months of water in my basement they sent an outside company to look at my problem. After a few hours I had a dry basement. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would have given Highlander a 5 on my foundation rebuild. Scott and Joe were professional and did a great job. There were however a few snags with scheduling...I had a very long wait. The company's owners made a personal visit to my home to get the job on track. Adjustments were made to the price once it was discovered less work was required. Fair pricing and great work, I would recommend Highlander.

The company came out and started but ran into problems, and we had to stop the project and need to wait for dryer conditions. I was upset at first, but Highlander has promised to make things right even though the job is more than they originally thought it would entail and will stand by their original price. Everyone I have spoke with has been very nice and extremely helpful.

I have no complaints everyone was great from the field inspector,work crew,customer service. The Foremen kept me informed and up to date from beginning to end. They started and finish on time. The foreman returned after one week once the cement all settled to reassemble my washer,dryer and utility sink. The completed project looks great.
