Communication was decent. Installers worked well. However, there was a $1000 add on to the project which was previously understood to be included. Also, they used the electric from my lights in the basement to power the new sub pumps they installed. Imagine a dry basement with NO LIGHTS! ALL OF THIS WITHOUT A WORD TO THE HOME OWNER. When asked about the What the What!? The answer after the project was completed, was simply we do not do electric. Hardly acceptable for what is promoted as a PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION. Any one know some one who installs electric?

The initial contact was excellent. Brandon was knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time explaining the process. The crew did not show up on time and did not call to say they were running late. They appeared to be in a hurry to finish the job and failed to plug in the sump pumps and hook up the back up battery. I had to ask. Within one week, there was a rain storm and the basement leaked. I am waiting for the the job foreman to come back to try to resolve the issue. I was told that there will be an additional cost if the insulation has to be removed. I specifically asked about the insulation at the time of the estimate and was told that removing the insulation was not going to be necessary. So we will see if the problem can be fixed. For $20K, I expected more.

Every part of job was seamless from initial phone contact, assessment, actual work on basement flooring drains, new floor jack's & footers, enclosed sump pump & well-surround, poly on walls to final walk thru. I asked many questions of the workers and of the district manager all of which were answered to my satisfaction.

This company was very difficult to work with. The initial install was sloppy and quick and many tasks were missed. There was no final walk thru.. Many calls and missed appointments for them to come correct or finish the work. I had to send pictures of the issues. I asked for them to send me written confirmation of what they will be addressing when they come back out they would not. When finally came back out still did not complete the project or do a final walk thru on what was supposed to be finished. Again I asked for written detail on what was completed and they would not provide. They were not the cheapest quote but the work and responses sure seemed like it. Save your money and look elsewhere. They walked away and it looks worse than a DIY. Quick Crete is their go to for everything and they didnâ t bother smoothing it out for a clean finish. They cannot effectively address foundation issues.

Brandon, Cameron, James, and Mike Crew were exceptional from pre and post-project consultation and execution. The project took 3 days to complete and clean-up was exceptional. I highly recommend Highlander for your foundation services.

The crew was courteous and took care not to damage property. Rich Davis was also professional and able to explain everything. Job was done in three days and cleanup was completed. Highly recommend this crew for basement water proofing.

From Brandon,who quoted the job to Mike and Cameron who were schedulers, to the work crew everything was a great experience,To the crew:(being bad with names I came up with an acronym.)I refer to them as the CARB crew. Chris,Adam,Robert, and Brian! They started early,worked hard all day and finished the job before expected. Mostly they were personable and extremely easy to talk To. To be honest we miss having them around. What a great experience. Thank you all.

This was by far the best experience with a company I've had! I highly recommend Highlander Waterproofing. We received clear and concise communication throughout the entire project. All the info and system was clearly explained at an understandable level. Brandon did an awesome job when he came out to give us the quote, he felt like a down to earth and super honest guy that gave us the confidence we needed to make such a large transaction. Also "Go Bills!!" ;) Mark, the foreman, was just an absolute pleasure to work with! James, the QA was a short visit but great service and let us know we could call literally anytime with issues. Mike, the production manager, made the same offer and was wonderful as well. His go to's Anthony & Camron, were super and the whole team altogether created a wonderful experience for us. The basement looks fantastic and we finally have peace of mind it won't be flooding! Worth every cent!

Everyone form Branden, Mike and Rich and his crew were all friendly, professional and were very informative. The whole process was explained, and Rich kept me up to date on everything. Hard working crew and a job well done by all. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs help.

They were on time, worked the entire time they were here & completed the job earlier than planned. They cleaned everything up& took all the trash w them. The entire crew was friendly, pleasant, didn't hear any foul language, polite, & enjoyable to talk with. I would have trusted them in our house if we had to leave. Our basement is DRY, DRY & DRY. We've never had a dry basement, EVER! We can even store items in the basement now!!! It's amazing! TY Highlander!

No pressure what so ever, from the sales call, to the person that came to measure, explaine what would be done, approx how long it would take to complete the job & approx when the job would be done Actually the job didn't take as long as originally planned. The workers, amazing, friendly, funny, nice, on time, & worked frm the minute they got here till they left. They cleaned up everything. never know they were here. Our basement is DRY, DRY, & DRY. We have never been able to store much there. NOW, we can store anything there! Never, ever thought that would happen. TY Highlander! You are the best!!
