Only took one day. Impressive for the amount of work done.

Quick, prompt, professional and thorough. Went above and beyond foundation repair. Cut lattice at porch base to fit new space cleanly and snugly. Definitely will use them again

Can't explain enough how happy we are. After many years of dealing with this mess we finally got it fixed. These guys did a very good job. The clean up was good. They even fixed my side walk outside at no extra charge.

Bottom line is I don't review any co on line as I am a buss owner myself. They did a excellent job at my property in Rochester. I spoke to several contractors and decided to go with then. Giulio and his team are serous pros. They even left me extra material to help me finish up my basement remodel project. Can't recommend them enough. They did the project quicker than expected and clean up as amazing

too much money for what i got

Highlander Waterproofing of WNY was hired to install two sump pumps in my crawl space. Giulio was very responsive and provided the most reasonable solution to my water problems. He didn't recommend an entire "system" like others did. House is in Lakeville next to Conesus Lake and the water run-off and water table is high especially at this time of year. The space they worked in was extremely tight but the men did an outstanding job navigating the limited space. Two sump pumps were needed to capture pooling water in the uneven grade. The men also dug a trench 70'-80' to lay drain tiles. Lastly they installed a high-grade vapor barrier on the dirt floor to minimize moisture. They were able to accomplish all of this in a day. They cleaned up very nicely, were extremely polite and provided an excellent experience. I am confident the water issue has been remedied in the crawl space. I intend to hire them again in the Summer to repair and waterproof the outside foundation walls. Excellent workmanship.

The completed the job in the time they stated. They cleaned as much as possible given the scale of the job. I do recommend them

We did sign a contract with them for the job. My wife was not completely pleased with the limited time reduction because she feels that they could do that all the time or not at all.

Have not been able to check their work yet but their customer service was first rate. They kept the appointment, diagnosed the issue and worked to correct it. Very pleasant to deal with.

very accomadating and professional

They did some work on a home I owned south of buffalo. Unfortunately I had hired a company several years ago to rectify my problem, however unsuccessfully. They were very direct with their approach and carefully explained that they could not fix another companies work. They had to start from scratch. All I can say is that the basement is fixed correctly and we can now remodel. We are extremely happy !

they are not as neat as they should be, seemed like confusion. This company is mainly for outside or unfinished basement work.
