Just review the estimate in detail before sign the contract. The estimator or salesman says this is how the job is going to happen then the workers show up and that is not how they do the work. They are hard working guys and want to make the customer happy in the end.

Ryan and his crew were amazing! They were very professional, trustworthy, knowledgable, and very approachable. We were impressed Beginning with the first phone call to schedule the estimate, right to the very end. Joseph came over to assess and give us the estimate, a bit more then we expected to pay but knew they were quoting us accordingly. Joseph always answered his phone and emails within a 5min time frame. Highlander treated us like no other company had when we were deciding who to hire for this job. Without a doubt, I would hire them again. My basement smells no longer of mold but a sigh of relief that our basement is finally waterproof and our belongings are safe and won't be getting damaged by mold or water any longer. Hard workers, could have done a better job of cleaning up after the job was done.

We have had terrible water problems in the basement. They now, thankfully, seem to be solved. We're elated! We no longer cringe every time it rains!

Excellent work

I can't believe how hard these guys work! They put in two very long days and were nothing but courteous, friendly, and professional the entire time. They did exactly as they quoted, and made sure I understood what was being done at each step of the way. Brian and his crew were excellent, and I can now stop worrying about water coming into my basement.

Had some carbon fiber reinforcement added. I am relieved to b able to stop worrying about the basement wall.... they were good overall. One disappointment was that they needed to break into the floor at each point of support (did not communicate until after it was done!). Also, the fibers of the carbon at frayed along the edges - which will, I think, make it difficult to paint over (was on of the selling points for this option)

the quality of their work was very good. But the price of ($11000.) dollars for 2 1/2 days work very high?

Phil Ingerick and his crew were EXTREMELY hard working and had my basement done in 2 days. He also made sure we understood everything and were satisfied before they left. The company answered every phone call, email, and text immediately.

They were $10,000 less expensive, had NO trouble scheduling them. Phil and his crew were kind, polite, respectful, hard working and humorous. There was ZERO complaining from any of them. I cannot imagine doing the amount of work they do and then going back the next day to face the same job. These guys did it with style. They worked a 13 hour day the first day, and then back early the next morning. We cannot say enough good things about them. Keep these guys, and give 'em a raise. THEY ARE WORTH IT!!!! Thank you for a great company.
