My house is the biggest investment I will ever make. For that reason, I want to maximize its value by hiring the best contractors available and installing the best equipment I can. Some reviews mention the expense. I priced other companies and Jones may be a bit higher but worth every single penny. Jones has an excellent reputation; I'm a real estate appraiser and when someone tells me that they had their system installed by Jones, I know it's a quality system and consider that in my valuation. Bryan and Angel were amazingly professional, extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and polite. Tim, the salesman, was wonderful and explained everything thoroughly. I wouldn't go to a second rate doctor and I sure wouldn't go to a second rate HVAC company. Saving a few dollars up front could end up costing a lot more in the end. I had a heating/ac system installed and I am thrilled with the results.

Jhon did a very professional job. The thermostat and another things wasn’t working in the water heater he found the problem right away and fix it. He explains everything in order to understand what kind a problem we had.

I had an issue with my 16k Propane Powered Generac Generator. I used Jones Service to Finance and Install the unit. The unit was working perfectly until a RPM sense code occurred. A technician was sent to diagnose the issue. Fortunately, the issue was Covered under Warranty. The correct part was ordered and the problem was remedied at No Cost to Me! I would recommend Jones Service to anyone looking for Excellent Work for Generator Financing, Installs, and Repair.

Excellent. After their initial assessment of the old furnace, the Jones team quickly got the materials and team in place to replace the entire system. They came and were clean about their work and showed me everything they had done.

Called late morning to schedule repair when boiler stopped working, and they were able to get someone out in just a couple of hours. Greg K. was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what the issue was and what was needed for the repair. He also took the time to discuss replacement options for our current heating and cooling system and hot water system. He even set up the appointments for an electrician to come out to quote some work on our house and for his coworker Tim to come out to discuss our heating options. Excellent experience all around with Jones Services today, and will absolutely use them again when the need arises.

Situation went well was informed that this might not be the final solution for the drainage problem and I was given more expensive options I feel educated to the situation at this point

Our Jones Technician, Danny, was very courteous and professional. The issue was a complex mechanical failure, but Danny was determined and persistent to fix it. He was very thorough with trouble shooting and eventually got to the root of the problem. We were very impressed with both his work and his positive, friendly attitude. He was actually very pleasant company (and allowed me to watch much of his repair work). He also thoroughly explained the issues and how he was resolving them. I would definitely use Jones Services again and highly recommend Danny, specifically!

Great. Greg was very personable and explained all our options on installing a new central air or air/heating unit. Current a/c is due for replacement but Greg found a circuit tripped which took care of the issue for now. Will definitely call Jones for an estimate when we replace the entire system this year or in the spring.

The technician Greg showed up on time and was very professional. Greg took all Covid-19 precautions by wearing a mask and foot covings while in our home. He answered all of the questions that we had about the system that we would like installed in our home and he went over the different design options that are available to us based on our home's configuration. Greg explained the work and materials that would be used to get the system set up. We were provided with the projections in writing with a breakdown of the costs of each configuration.

Excellent. Dan quickly fixed the problem and in a very professional manner. He spent time checking orher things like water heater and pressure tank to see if there were any signs of issues. And he did a water test to see if we had any other water issues since we had signs of hard water. I am very pleased with the service we were given!

I have used Jones for 4 years. They show up on time, are always courteous and always go the “xtra” to make certain you are satisfied.

I received excellent service from Jones Services. Josh was the technician that came out. He was very professional, pleasant and thorough in his testing and troubleshooting of the problem with my A/C not working. Turned out, the A/C unit is fine and my thermostat is fine. The GFI switch for the condensation pump on the furnace had tripped due to a power surge; which caused the thermostat to not be able to turn the A/C. Since no parts had to be replaced or repaired, I was only charged the service fee, which is minimal in my opinion. I'm so impressed with service provided, that I signed up for their perpetual home maintenance program. I now feel like I will have peace of mind for all my electrical, furnace, A/C and water heater maintenance and care needs.

Mike C. from Jones Services did a great job with the annual maintenance of my heating system. He was very thorough, professional and polite. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very customer service oriented. Mike seems to really enjoy his job and has a great attitude. He wore a mask the entire visit and wore paper booties when he was inside my home. I would definitely recommend Mike for your Heating and Air Conditioning needs.
