Jones services are awesome this is my 2nd boiler installation in 30 yrs from jones i will not use anybody else.the techs are very knowledgeable and Courteous they are hard workers and polite jeff,madison,josh, Derek andaris were a pleasure to talk to them they gave 110% will recommend to my sister when she needs a new boiler her boiler is 25 years old 5+ stars to the hvac team of techs.

Replaced electric hot water heater and well expansion tank Jones always has the best service people available, but just watch for the upsell the service people are constantly trying to upsell you. They will charge you more than double the price of other services and will try to upsell you, good work that's guaranteed, but very very expensive. Get a few quotes on your project before hiring Jones

Any plumbing/heating issues I always use Jones. Although the price is a bit steep, the professionalism that I receive makes it worth every dime spent. I had no hot water & the next day I was able to get the work done. Any tech I have encountered has always been nothing less than a great! I had the pleasure of meeting initially meeting Mike, Matthew was the one that did the job. He was punctual & very professional from start to finish. Prior to starting the job, he confirmed the exact work he would be doing. Once the job was completed he took the time to do a walk-through, to which he was very thorough with providing an explanation of everything & patient with all my questions. Which didn’t make me feel like it was a rushed job & he more importantly didn’t leave any mess. It is always a pleasure doing business with them! They always meet my expectations.

Bottom line up front: exceedingly expensive and ALWAYS trying to upsell. Background: We had worked with Jones before to get a quote on a whole house generator. They had been very knowledgeable and thorough, though their quotes were FAR above what we were willing to pay, so we did not go with them. Scheduled HVAC maintenance with them because of their professionalism, and how pricey could maintenance be? Well, the service was $200+ but the doomsday scenario our technician painted was unsettling and the only way to salvage our system was 3 critical fixes, each costing several thousands of dollars. We left the appointment shocked that our system, which had been working fine, now required $4-7k worth of work. It all seemed a bit off. As we reeled from the prognosis, we decided to get some second opinions. In both instances, the technicians did not find those same issues and, when asked about them, they said that the work could be done but that our system wouldn't be in jeopardy if we didn't. It would simply be a luxury. We will not be calling Jones again. We do not appreciate fear being used as a tactic to upsell. In fact, we do not want to be sold to at all. This culture seems pervasive at Jones.

I liked dealing with all the staff. Very freindly. They charged a fair price, as well.

Nick, Justin and Emmanuel showed up when they said they would and went out of their way to do a great install. They were pleasant, professional, and experienced. We would definitely have them back for another project. Thanks guys and thank you Jones Services.

The hose was too big for my 2-inch vents, so the technicians had to remove the vents from the floors in the basement, and clean from below. I appreciate that they found a way to get the job done. Shout out to Lucas and Cam!

Anthony R was the most honest plumber I have ever met, he did an excellent job, was very thorough and didn’t cut any corners. Was very trustworthy and I would highly recommend!

I have used Jones Services twice in the last month, one routine call and one emergency (water heater malfunction with flooding), and they are responsive, courteous, professional -- outstanding. I highly recommend.

Tim was very pleasant, thorough, and informative. He listened to our concerns and came up with a plan to meet our needs. He answered all our questions and set up an appointment to get the job done.

They are a top of the line company, They have done a lot of electrical work for me. They are a little pricy but they are worth it. I would definitely hire them again.
