He has always been prompt and professional. Made s recommendation a couple of years ago and I've been saving on my natural gas bill every year since the install. + 1 moreI called Jones Service regarding a backed up kitchen sink and they sent over their technician, Matt, within a couple of hours. He discussed several possibilities causing the problem and was able to locate the source of the problem. Some pipes need to be cut,replaced and properly pitched.

+ 0 moreThe water heater location was a very small room that also contained the gas burner for hot water heat, the washer, and the dryer (not stacked). In addition, the pipes for water and gas looks like a Rube Goldberg invention. Not only did the old heater get removed, but a fatter one went right into the old space. Everything was left clean and neat and looking like there had never been a leaking unit there. Super happy with the work.

+ 0 moreThey were on time and professional they came the same day about 4 hours after being called. $347 to snake the drain for 30 minutes, that's insane. $694 dollars an hour. He hooked the washing machine back up and mixed the hot and cold water pipes. Not a big deal but you would hope that they pay attention and check what they are doing especially for that price. If I was home and he told me that price I would have not let him do the work.
Description of Work: The washing machine was draining slow. Needed the drain snaked.

+ -1 moreOverall, it was very quick. They took time to explain everything. They got the service done when it was needed. The work was done very quickly. We had no issues with the clean-up or anything like that. They did an awesome job. In both cases we were both happy when they came out. They're pricey but they have high quality system and good stuff. They call when they said they would call. They're all very good. They've done lot of stuff in the house so we kept them for years.
Description of Work: We had Jones Heating & Cooling. They replaced the components the water softener that depleted and in both cases they replaced the defective parts. In both cases they did the installation and the fender.
