I called Jones Service regarding a backed up kitchen sink and they sent over their technician, Matt, within a couple of hours. He discussed several possibilities causing the problem and was able to locate the source of the problem. Some pipes need to be cut,replaced and properly pitched.

Rimmer was very courteous and professional. When he arrived, he explained what he was going to do. At the end he explained what he found and what he did to fix it.

Fantastic! He was professional and punctual. Also cared on making sure not be any inconvenient to our home. He also provided us the cause and effect,and info to help maintain. Plus we signed up for a extended service plan because of his explaining benefits.

It went really well. Techs were very professional explained how to use the system. I would highly recommend them.

The water heater location was a very small room that also contained the gas burner for hot water heat, the washer, and the dryer (not stacked). In addition, the pipes for water and gas looks like a Rube Goldberg invention. Not only did the old heater get removed, but a fatter one went right into the old space. Everything was left clean and neat and looking like there had never been a leaking unit there. Super happy with the work.

John did a wonderful job. Very thorough and informative.

Rick questioned us first then checked unit. He took the time to explain and reassure us of the issue and what might have caused it. Service was great !

They were on time and professional they came the same day about 4 hours after being called. $347 to snake the drain for 30 minutes, that's insane. $694 dollars an hour. He hooked the washing machine back up and mixed the hot and cold water pipes. Not a big deal but you would hope that they pay attention and check what they are doing especially for that price. If I was home and he told me that price I would have not let him do the work.

Upgraded my kitchen drain to the main. He said pipe was the wrong size . System was redone to meet the proper standard.

Overall, it was very quick. They took time to explain everything. They got the service done when it was needed. The work was done very quickly. We had no issues with the clean-up or anything like that. They did an awesome job. In both cases we were both happy when they came out. They're pricey but they have high quality system and good stuff. They call when they said they would call. They're all very good. They've done lot of stuff in the house so we kept them for years.

I was informed by the operator that it may be a delay due to the snowstorm. I was called around noon that a technician was on the way. Jon B. arrived, took a look at the job and provided the service. He was courteous, professional and thorough. We were given a price up front, and we were charged that price despite him doing some extra work (a second leak). I have used Jones before and Jon's work was some of the best work I have ever received from them. My only issue is that Jones' price always tends to be on the high end. I understand it was an emergency call and everything, but I always weigh the work quality versus the price I will be charged before I call them.

As soon as he came into the house he asked to look at my circuit breaker box. I told him that I had turned off the circuit breaker to the cook top. He insisted on seeing the circuit box for himself.... He then told me that I should put in a whole house surge protector on the box and that if I allowed him to install this surge protector that the charge for coming out to my house would not be charged and that I would have a lower rate for the service.... His charge for the surge protector was way out of line.... I looked it up online while he was doing the work I had requested. I declined the installation of the surge protector. I was charged a $95 fee just to come out to the house plus his time which took all of a half an hour. The total charge was $240. Which was outrageous. This company is just out to sell you something. Stay away from them....

Perfect.....They call and remind us when it is due. They wear bootees so as to to soil our carpet. Everyone from the women on the phone to the servicemen are polite and very knowledgeable. We had an emergency and they were there within the hour.....and this was 2am!!! I recommend them highly. Their prices are slightly higher than A-star but the service is worth it.

We use them quite a bit and they are good as well as reliable though more expensive than necessary.

We were very happy with the service and they did excellent work. We've been using them for 15 years or more.

I liked best their punctuality, professionalism, the prices were pretty high but I liked the workmanship and they guarantee their work.
