Nick B. did an awesome job. Not only did he make the suggested modification, he then tested the system to make sure everything was in order. He had to make a second modification, which in combination completed the repair. Jones always does what they say, when they say it, and they back it up with great customer service. I am planning on hiring them for a water softener, and an A/C system. If they continue to this level of work, I am a customer for life. I highly recommend Jones for anything they offer.

As it turned out, there were no issues with the fan. Greg was very knowledgeable about the function of the unit and gave me some things to look for in case the unit malfunctions. He also provided me with some great information regarding cooling units that we are interested in using. I will definitely be calling Greg again to consult about our cooling needs.

As expected. I've been using Jones for my furnace, generator and hot eater heater since 2012. Rick the technician has been here numerous service trips and installs. He has always been prompt and professional. Made s recommendation a couple of years ago and I've been saving on my natural gas bill every year since the install. I always recommend Jones to family and friends.

Filtering system repair Mike did a great job he analyze the problem quickly and made all the arrangements to repair system is under warranty so it’s not costing me anything. I’ve had Jones three or four times now to do a variety of different types of work and every time they have been punctual professional knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
