Jones charges about 2 1/2 times the amount you would pay for a typical job, but the quality of work was a 5 star and they do warranty the work and equipment. Don't let them upsell you. If price is not an option for your project, I would recommend Jones. They were here yesterday replacing a well tank, hot water heater, and hot water recirculater. Total of 8 hour with a total cost of about $4600

Any plumbing/heating issues I always use Jones. Although the price is a bit steep, the professional that I receive makes it worth every dime spent. I had no hot water & the next day I was able to get the work done. Any tech I have encountered has always been nothing less than a great! I had the pleasure of meeting initially meeting Mike, Matthew was the one that did the job. He was punctual & very professional from start to finish. Prior to starting the job, he confirmed the exact work he would be doing. Once the job was completed he took the time to do a walk-through, to which he was very thorough with providing an explanation of everything & patient with all my questions. Which didnâ t make me feel like it was a rushed job & he more importantly didnâ t leave any mess. It is always a pleasure doing business with them! They always meet my expectations.
