Had a whole house generator installed (generac) when installation was complete owner asked for remaining payment. I told him as soon as building inspector signed of on the generator i would pay . As soon as it got signed off I paid . Now i called to get the generator serviced and they said they would not come to my house to do it because i refused to pay until it was inspected . Do not use this company!! In my honest opinion.
