Very professional!. And, was very familiar with the system that was installed, about a year ago. Also some other work (duct cleaning) was recommended. Especially, since the old HVAC system was well over 20 years old. The duct cleaning was not performed, upon the installation of the new system. However, the recommendation for the ductwork will be highly considered.

Great clean work

Jeff, John & Angel arrived promptly to install a new oil furnace & hot water heater and took our old equipment away. Everything associated with the furnace and hot water heater was replaced e.g. cooper pipes, etc. They also installed new thermostats for us. They tested the heating system and hot water heater before leaving to ensure everything was working correctly. The house was also left spotless. Jeff explained everything he did with the install and asked us if we had any questions. We are very pleased with our new system and the Jones employees are the best. Highly recommend hiring Jones Service.

What a racket loves money make company. How should I start first of all a large very large young man arrived at my home. After a delayed appointment then next day reaffirmed appointment. The man quickly looked and said $400.00 for a exactly a 10 min work! I told him Rosie the women on the phone told me she will wave all feeâ s and money to come. he said no! I said what a racket you guys use your disposal. I said what can I do.do it â ¦10 min later he is finished. I showed him two gift cards I had from previously jones job . he said sorry I can only use one card. Again I said what a racket. just laughedâ ¦.he asked should I put you pipes back and test . I said no thanks the dishwasher pipe was broken. he left â ¦.i put the pipes back and ran the tap .sure enough still back up . call jones backed he . came back with a plunger and said you need a hydro wash for $1500.00 more but would deduct the $307.00 I paid already. great job Josh V from jones company loves money make!!!

The customer service was a bit shaky at 1st via the telephone. They say they called me back & I said I have no calls on my log. The customer rep wanted to be right. The back n forth was not a good look for that moment. The Tech that came out was Awesome; John D.

I have used Jones Services for many years. They have done plumbing, electrical work, they installed my generator and maintenance is done every year on that generator. I had my air Conditioners serviced every year to make sure theyâ re ready for the summer. Jones is an excellent company to work then are top notch. They are respectful of my property and respectful of my home. I recommend them highly.

From their service team to their install team, they all conducted themselves very professionally and they communicated the entire process from the beginning stages to final results. The work was performed in a timely manner and very clean, thereâ s not enough I can say of how well this experience was. Greer and Angel were absolute pros highly skilled and I highly recommend them to anyone that may need any heating or cooling work to be done top notch.
