Electrician w Jones was on time, personable very competent communicated clearly what he was doing step by step, professional, and answered all my questions re upkeep on my generator! I would highly recommend him and hope he can provide my same service again when needed. As promised Jones gave me a heads up phone call as planned when he was to be expected to arrive at my home. Had this service performed during pandemic. The technician was not only qualified in his work field but strictly adhered to social distancing guidelines by wearing mask and gloves. When he was through he used a sanitizing product to wipe done all the surfaces he touched (all the while wearing gloves) including door handles. He serviced both my furnace and my central air conditioner. He was very courteous and extremely professional. Jones Services is number one in my book!

Greg was great! Even though we didn t wind up having an issue with our toe kick fan, he provided me with some things to look out for in case it malfunctions. He also provided me with some great information about cooling systems that I will certainly look in to.
