We purchased a Water heater from Jones 4 years ago. They provide annual maintenance. The technician was very personable, and did a good job.

The initial repair was unsatisfactory. I contacted Anthony and he came to our house to see for himself. Parts were ordered and within a week the unit was working like new. What is important here is that they cared enough to satisfy me (the customer). They did not blow me off, ignore me, or give me a hard time. They stand behind their motto we keep homes happy.
