Jones's technicians are great and friendly. Also they explain the work very well that can be understood quickly.

Greg was great! Even though we didn t wind up having an issue with our toe kick fan, he provided me with some things to look out for in case it malfunctions. He also provided me with some great information about cooling systems that I will certainly look in to.

My service guy was Chris T. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my heating issue in less than an hr, he also taught me how to better understand my furnace. He gave me a step by step on what he was looking for and showed me where the problem was. The visit felt like I had a friend over and not a stranger in my home. Thank you Chris T. Got what was expected

We were scheduled on Sunday afternoon. Before the visit, Jones lady called to reschedule it due to overbooking. My husband persuaded her that our project would only take 20-30min. So Kyle came around 4:30 PM. He went over the system and answered our questions with much patience. He did not rush the appointment at all although it was late for him. He is knowledgeable and professional. We were very impressed!

We have them year round, heating and AC. Very satisfied.
