We were very pleased with the job! The workers worked extremely hard in the hot weather. They did a wonderful job and the two units work great. Highly recommended!

We were in a bind with tenants trying to move in when we discovered the furnace was shot. Simons was fantastic and even the 95% furnace was less expensive than the competitors 89%. We are able to coordinate with them from Florida to give them access to our home in NY. They were very understanding of the situation and the rush to get the work done. They went above and beyond in helping to rectify this situation and only wish they were located in Orlando, Florida so I could recommend them to all of my customers here.

Very polite and professional, when we called and informed them that we have two small children they made sure someone would come to our house to figure out what the problem was within a couple hours. Repairman fixed the problem which was a couple of loose wries. spent about 10 minutes and charged a full hour labor plus service call.

A1 service. It's a pleasure to work with a honest reliable company. There motto is we will get it done. From scheduling to installation was a breeze. Showed up on time, informed what the process was going to be. It's refreshing to deal with a company like this.

Outstanding experience! I highly recommend Simons Heating and Cooling for any HVAC issues. First call was made a 10:00 on a Tuesday because the heater was not working at all. Within 3 hours Dave (the owner) was at the house and made some quick repairs to get the system going again. He then provided a very reasonable estimate to complete the repairs. With my approval the parts were ordered and by the end of the week they had the parts on hand,. Their next available appoint was two weeks out, yet on the following Monday I received a call that they could come over and make the repairs. The parts were installed, heater put back together and the area around the cleaner was totally cleaned. Again, a great experience.

My name is Stephanie and I wanted to take a moment to describe my experience with Simons Heating & Cooling. My husband and I just purchased our first home and wanted to make sure we hired the right company to clean our air ducts. After lots of research and consideration, we went with Simons. They were more expensive than any other company, but Tami the receptionist did a great job at explaining why their company was worth the extra money. Unfortunately this did not turn out to be the case, and here's a short list as to why: 1. I caught one of the workers vaping behind my house when he was supposed to be cleaning my air conditioning unit. From that moment on he worked well, but it was probably because he did not want this review written. 2. I lent the workers one of my drop cloths to use so they didn't make a mess, because they were not prepared with one. 3. When trying to remove one of the registers, they created a gash in my newly painted hallway which I now have to spackle. 4. I was told they would bring a new filter for the system, but instead they just used the extra one I had already purchased. When I asked if he just used mine or was this one they brought, he said they didn't have any filters my size in the truck. 5. There were black hand prints and finger prints all around the registers on our newly painted walls. 6. The workers ended up taking my drop cloth with them (most likely by mistake) but when I called the next day to get it back, I was told they would drop it off at their convenience. If I did not want to wait, I could drive the half an hour and pick it up from their shop. 7. When I called a week later to ask when I would be receiving my drop cloth, I was told by Tami that they would not be returning it unless they were in the area. "It's just a drop cloth! How much money could you have spent on it?" said Tami. I explained that it's not about the money, it's about the principle. The fact of the matter is, this company has something that belongs to me, and instead of righting a wrong, they would rather keep life simple for them. I was offered a $25 coupon for future service, but that won't be necessary. I would also like to say that I've never written a negative review before on any company, restaurant, service, etc. I'm shocked that a well known company such as Simons would take such a simple act of returning what belongs to a customer, and turn it into this. Despite the other problems listed, the job was completed and two workers couldn't have been any nicer. I would not recommend them to others, and I wish I didn't feel compelled to write this review.

Not the least expensive and not the most expensive as far as my estimates went but I was the most comfortable using them. When it came down to it, they were professional and did an excellent job on my rental. Dave always got back to me promptly in responding to any questions I had and he gave me a lot of options with my heating and cooling. Really very pleased with the work and finished product. I highly recommend these guys.
